This is a great spot to take kids bowling on a rainy day – the atmosphere is really fun (and the only reason I gave this place 2 stars). However, beware of the food service – especially if you’re bringing young, hungry kids! When I first arrived and ordered coffee, I stood at the counter for several minutes as waitstaff cleaned counters before someone finally came up and asked me if I was being helped. We ordered lunch at noon and didn’t get our food until 1:30 – I have never waited so long for food anywhere before. Our kids were so hungry! I ended up going to the counter to order a bag of chips to hold them over, mentioning how hungry our kids were. The waitress didn’t say a word. At the 1:20 minute mark, I went back up and asked if it was possible for us to have just the chips and salsa portion of our order so that the kids had something else to eat – she told me it wasn’t possible to just put something together like that and that they only had one chef. With window service only, the servers had no incentive to really care in the first place since their tips were already given from the beginning. The delay was obviously not their fault, but they certainly didn’t go out of their way to help the situation. Really unacceptable that the kitchen staff isn’t better managed for a place of this size.

We had to wait about 1 hour to be seated and waited on!! Staff was Very Friendly is the reason I give it 3 stars! I order an omelette with 3 cheeses I didn’t have ANY CHEESE IN MY OMELETTE!! My ham was not fried it came straight from the microwave but they gave me a good portion! I will most likely NEVER RETURN! I Do Not recommend until they get their act together!!

Such a beautiful restaurant, bowling alley, arcade, game room, cafe with beautiful features including fire place and really nice interior design and ambiance. The food was so good we ate there 3 times in 2 days and really reasonable prices. They even have great live music!!

I simply moved an unused chair closer to the beautiful indoor fire that they have because we had one extra person in our party than there were chairs available. This rude, psycho lady that apparently works there was visiting as a customer and rudely tells me to put the chair back. I tried to be polite and told her I’d rather speak with a manager that was working or an owner about the situation, but she continued to put me on the spot in front of the entire establishment and talk to me like I was a dog. I’m an extremely nice person and I used to serve at restaurants, I’ve always been used to moving chairs around to make everyone’s dining experience more enjoyable. If I would’ve been addressed in a nice way from someone on their shift about this very random rule of not moving chairs around, I would have respected it without any questions asked. However, that was not the case. I tried to complain to the guy at the counter but he didn’t seem to do much about the situation, and he told me the owner was “busy and unable to talk.” This certain older employee who I will not name should learn how to treat others with kindness instead of focusing her time on spreading negativity around.

Pizza was cold, beer was funky, we waited in line for 2+ hours for bowling just to find out that we got skipped in line. Kinda sucked.

If we lived in Rangely, we would hang out there. We were visiting, went for dinner and had excellent burgers. Great waitress. Went back the next morning for breakfast. I had lemon ricotta pancakes. Something for everyone.
