I had an amazing experience with this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that made every bite a delight. Not only was the taste exceptional, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the prompt and on-time delivery. It’s evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. However, I must mention that the person who took my delivery wasn’t as friendly as I had hoped. Despite that, I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!

I am not a fan of thinly sliced chicken in my Chinese food more specifically In my fried rice and lo mein. The chicken and broccoli was decent. The kung pao chicken was gross. It almost looked like a bottled glaze as the sauce.

I absolutely love, love, love Moon Star Chinese Restaurant! It is my “go to” lunch location most days because I already know I will be satisfied with whatever I order. It is also oftentimes my family’s dinner, as I can call it in on my way home and know it will be ready by the time I arrive for pickup. Kind and friendly owners and hot delicious food every single time. I am never disappointed. I eat at Moon Star normally 3+ days out of a 5 day work week. Sometimes, I even wonder if they get tired of seeing me. Lol. I know they appreciate the business.

I drove across the bridge to the abandoned strip center where this place hangs on alone. Staff was mute, ungodly slooooow and the food was sparse and pretty much inedible. Go somewhere else if you want to have a nice experience.

Just ordered some today because my family was craving some Chinese food. Wasn’t sure about going since the shopping center was under construction and I hadn’t been there for awhile, but the food was amazing! Huge meat pieces in the combination Lo mein, was very impressed with the quality. Definitely recommend!

I just read this::: “They took produce and meat from dumpster when Food Lion was their neighbor. I noticed when I worked at food lion and had to chase them off when I threw garbage away. Whether it was repurposed and sold as menu items is up to speculation.” If this is true, I will call the health department. I am a healthcare provider & don’t always have time to cook. Personally, I have never had a bad experience, but, I find it odd that the owner responds to a review of a bug in the food, yet keeps silent regarding this review. I hope to get some clarification.

You’ve GOT to try the House Special Fried Rice!! Delicious! The fried rice had a yummy char that I’ve never tasted anywhere else. We also had the Hunan Chicken and couple of egg rolls. I’m dreaming of my next visit.

Carry out only these days. This was our go-to Chinese restaurant for years. Possibly due to the Covid situation it was closed for an extended period so we were happy to see it open again.
