My boyfriend and I wanted Chinese food so we saw this place. It has good stars and indeed we were really satisfied! Quiet restaurant, very clean, friendly staff, and good food! We will definitely come back to Moon China Bistro! Thank you 🙂

The restaurant has very good lunch specials. There are a lot of choices and each meal comes with soup, egg roll, rice, and entre. The lunch specials are all under $10. The space is really small but it isn’t so busy that there is nowhere to sit. The wait staff is courteous and stays on top of helping. They use a lot of bell peppers, which I do not like, which is why I have it 4 stars. I’m sure if I’d have know, I could have asked for them to be removed from the dish. I plan on going back again.

One of the worst Chinese food I had in years. Ordered three lunch specials including General Tso’s shrimp. The breading was unbelievably thick. The sauce is off with no sour flavor. The spring roll was definitely fresh. Will not recommend.

In my experience this place is a solid 4. Recently got the pineapple beef and that is the best thing I have had there so far, it’s really good. The egg drop soup, fried rice and egg rolls have never disappointed. Based on some other reviews it may be hit or miss, but it’s been good for me so far.

Seeing others reviews making me have mix thought but that just because of seeing reviews. BUT I’ve tried the food before looking at them so all I can say is….

I understand Mongolian beef is a mixture of beef onions and scallions, The onions in this dish totally overpowered the beef. And as regards to scallions, there was very little. There was some heat to the dish, and the beef was moist. But it definitely needed some salt. In the photo I separated the beef from the vegetables so you can see the proportion of onions to beef.

The postickers were good. The egg rolls were ok, if not overpriced. The orange chicken was a big portion size, but mostly batter and very little chicken. What was ridiculous was the Mongolian beef. The container was 3/4 onion. Maybe 3-4 oz of beef and cost $12. Just a ton of onion and almost nothing else.

Great food, could have been served warmer. Cashew chicken is delicious and so is everything else!

Excellent food, BUT ordered TAKE OUT and when i handed him my card i heard him mumbling/whispering something incredibly quietly. Only when I got to my car and checked my receipt did I realize that he was saying he’s adding a 15% tip HIMSELF. He also said the total out loud (which i assumed was food + tax) which was my total AFTER he tipped himself. Definitely don’t think this is legal or ethical. Again good food and would be a great deal if it wasn’t for this slimy way of tipping himself.
