ALWAYS a great experience! The owner has great customer service skills and pays close attention to detail. He makes me so happy every time I visit! He even writes “his” and “hers” on both mine and my boyfriend’s sandwich boxes. Besides all that — the food is authentic and AMAZING!! Best BBQ in Minot, hands down. Great Texas bbq by a real Texan. His food is so great, people stand outside in -20 degree temps for lunch at his food stand. House made sauce is awesome.
