This meat was presented to me as quality steaks and this isn’t the truth. I bought 2 family packages and both aren’t as they were presented. The steaks, no matter how cooked, are very tough, stringy and not tasty. It seems as though the meat has been manipulated or is from old cattle. Even the Scallops weren’t as good as they look. Those big juicy scallops ended up being the size of bay scallops and rubbery. I’ve not ever seen so much water come out of a Sea Scallop! I can only talk about the meat & scallops as I didn’t get any of the chicken or other things they’re selling and this leads me to believe something isn’t right with the food they’re selling! Still waiting on a response from the FB post I left for them.
