Korean-style fried chicken uses an Asian frying technique that renders out the fat in the skin, transforming it into a thin, crackly and almost transparent crust. With more than 20 years of chef experience, Mono GoGo was brought to Colorado by long-time prolific restauranteur JW Lee with the goal of introducing new cuisine to the Denver area.
Based on 99 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price

If you are craving Korean style chicken and sides look no further. The food here is excellent and the prices are fair for the portions. We took our extended family here for dinner and I couldn’t even get pictures of all the dishes the food was disappearing so fast. Their dishes are designed to be shared and served family style which was perfect for a big group. The chicken is crispy and evenly battered/fried and so juicy on the inside. The sauces are all unique and lovely and their secret sauce wings are especially good. I wanted to dip other things in that sauce. We loved their Bulgogi nachos and they don’t skimp on the toppings! One thing I highly recommend is the Cheesy Pork Katsu. It is full of delicious melty cheese that just bursts with flavor and the fried pork was uniquely rich and tender. Our server was friendly, speedy and knowledgeable about the menu. They have several beers including Korean options and rice wine available should you wish to indulge in an alcoholic beverage. We loved our meal here!

Ordered the gochujang fried chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Good size portion. Beautifully fried and cooked inside. The sauce had mild spice but excellent flavor. Seasoned fries were heartily seasoned but crispy and flavorful. Definitely worth the visit.

I’ve been to Korea and had different types of chicken. This place rivals all of them. Get the combo and you won’t regret it. Good service too.

Came to eat here we got sat and given menu. then the servers friends in came 5 minutes later. Who got sat next to us. 10 minutes later took his friends order who were sitting next to us and gave them cups. Still haven’t even gotten drinks yet. 25 minutes in his friends got their food. Finally after 30 minutes of being there he asked us what we wanted to drink and took our order. Came back with the drinks. Then we were sitting in the restaurant then another 20 – 30 minutes go by and the server comes back and tells me he forgot to put in our order and asked if we even wanted it, made seem like he didn’t even want to. Didn’t offer to comp anything so we ended up leaving. One of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if I’ll come back was looking at trying the food since the reviews were good.

First time here and everything was so amazing. From the boom boom sauce and shrimp, to the fried chicken Sammy. Amazing flavor on the soy garlic sandwich and wings. Crispy fried chicken and the sandwich was a monster!!

Wings were crispy, but the flavor was not there. The “seasoned” fries look good, but were very sweet and sugary, hated that, and did not eat them. Order was to-go and it took longer than expected, and they also forgot some items in my order.. might be the type of place that you have to know well before ordering.. I didn’t like anything I got when it all sounded delicious.

This place is the bomb!!! The chicken is so tasty, it’s glaze and crispy at the same time! And they have these one of a kind seasoned fries (must try) plussseee Mono isn’t like other chicken places where they give you winds with 1 bite of meats( @ buffalo wings ) the portions are definitely worth the price!

I eat at Mono Gogo often. Their fried chicken with house mad aioli, tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and fries are incredible. Their kimchi is legit. I’ve also had their dumplings, bulgogi and wings. If you do not like spicy then I would highly recommend their pork katsu. Delicious! Everything I have tried here has been superb. Freshly made to order, with generous helpings. I’ve noticed the servings are more generous with dine-in vs take-out. Spicy and flavorful. Beer on tap. Variety of soju. Right next to the theater, too. I will keep coming back!
