Have never been disappointed in Monical’s until this weekend. To start the table was very sticky and looked like food still stuck to it. Then our pizza had a hair baked in it. We didn’t want to eat any more, I did tell our server when I paid but she wasn’t very apologetic.

Called at 7:15 and were told “yeah we can do that” after talking to manager because they close at 8. Then received the wrong order at 8:06, called immediately and voiced the issue. They are crediting the account, but won’t do anything about our completely wrong food. I’d suggest going elsewhere as their food is subpar anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
