We got there when they opened so no wait. You order at the desk by the door then sit down and they bring your food and drinks. The service was really good and food was fresh. The pizza was really good, and the lasagna wasnt to my liking (no meat). The sauce didnt have much flavor but it was good and fresh. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The prices were on the less expensive side. They have a family size portion option. Dont forget to follow me i travel alot

I love Monicals. Pizza is pretty much always good. The only thing I can’t wrap my head around is that it seems like the crust changed like years ago. I know that’s not going to help new diners. But, it’s a great place to get salad and a pizza and use French dressing on both. (Don’t judge)

Ordered for delivery, total was over 13 dollars, but couldn’t get it delivered because my total was under 9 dollars before tax. Lame. I ordered from a different restaurant with no delivery fee and no hassle, and no one tried to upsell me to buy a drink.

We were the only family in the dining area. It was early around 445. Our order was not made correctly. I addressed the situation with the waitress, I declined a new pizza to be made as we were hungry and I had 2 kids to feed. It is frustrating as a customer that you order something specific, not busy, it goes through 3 hands the prep person, the cook and the waitress, no one noticed the order was wrong. We need to slow down as a whole. We ate our pizza as we were hungry and appreciative that we were able to eat out before the Polar Express folks showed up. The food was fresh, warm and filled our belly.
