Had the Pointe pizza. Was good, but the bottom of the crust was burnt and hard. I was able to eat the toppings off of it though. Took a while to get our food, but it was busy so that’s understandable. Service was good. Quick for refills and checked in with us often despite being busy

The service was friendly and fast. We dined in and the family pleaser made good on its name! I would definitely recommend it to a friend. The facility is always clean, which is impressive given the amount of knick knacks they’ve got wedged into every available crevice of the dining room! Don’t forget to try their house dressing on salad or on the pizza!

I ordered 2 larges the same way. I was there in 17 minutes she said 20-25. I got home and asked my family around if pizza tasted good. One said no taste like cardboard and I said I noticed. Of course i grabbed the wrong one bc i opened the 2nd one and it looked better and tasted better than the other one. We pretty much had the other one gone. I got one fresh and the other one sitting out like someone canceled their order. Not the 1st time and my bf loves their pizza and live down the road and coupons or I wouldn’t eat there 2 times a month if not more. Like once a year

We ordered the Family Pleaser. The pepperoni rolls were amazing serviced with marinara sauce . I don’t think that’s what they are called, but if you ask for that, they will know what you are looking for. It’s on the appetizer menu. The waitress was amazing and attentive to our wants and needs!! The food is always great. The atmosphere is appealing, and bathrooms are clean. It’s a great place to eat and a wonderful place for families.

I too say I was really disappointed right when we walked in the door. We were greeted by a really rude lady and almost walked out. The only reason we stayed is because we were hungry and like monical’s. Want to say the pizza and young waitress we made up the rudeness. Just wondering if sterling, Illinois could get a monical’s.

I haven’t eaten here since I was a kid. I took the kids and grandkids there last week and if was great. Seated quickly and laughed with the kids and the staff was just great. The pizza was awesome, I remembered it was a little grease when I was a teenager in Morton but this was hot, fresh toppings, and a never ending pitch. Outstanding, keep up the good work.
