This Mongrill location is located in the food court in the mall of Culver City. The only reason I go to this mall is to eat here. I rarely come through Culver City and only because I’m usually on my way to LAX to either drop off or pick someone up. But when I have to pick up a leave early so I can go grab a bite at this place. The food is great!

I asked the cook to let mine sit a little longer. In like my Mongrill a like charred. Extra chili oil. So yummy. I wish the cook would clean the grill more often in between so many cooking. That’s the reason I give it a three but the food was fresh.

Really bad costumer service. We came around 5pm on Sunday May 9th 2021. The cashier literally was arguing with me. When all I wanted was extra meat and they said that I wanted shrimp. First of all I’m allergic to shrimp so why would I order it. And he just kept arguing saying that I did order the shrimp when I just wanted my money back. I didn’t give attitude to anyone, I was being respectful so I don’t understand why they need to give me the disrespect.

Going in person is always best. I tend to order online and picking up is always a drag. The lines tend to be long and there is no designated pick up area. Their focus is mainly on current customers so I’ve ordered online, came 20 minutes later and the order wasn’t put in yet so I had to wait in line. Joy. Also they go over board on veggies and not enough noodles.

The worst place ever to get food at Fox hills. They give little of noddles. The workers at this place are very rude. Don’t buy from here. So rude. I just ordered from here and not even half of my plate was full!! Disappointing. The lady who gives out the food is very disrespectful. She should go through orientation all over again. Is there someone I can talk to a manager? Because this shouldn’t be a problem. Never buying from here ever again. The meat is even cooked properly. There are onions in my food, when I never ordered. Very disorganized and dirty.

Went there on a Monday afternoon. Not busy what so ever. I asked for them to cook my meat separate because I like my meat well done, but I like my veggies crisp and crunchy. They told me I couldn’t because it was to much work for the cook. Like are you serious? Three people were working and they can barley speak English. The workers acted dumb like they didn’t know what I was saying. And if they really didn’t why are they working there ? I told them about my previous experience with them on how my meat wasn’t cooked fully, and they still didn’t want to do it. After going back and fourth with them they finally said they’ll do it. Overall if I’m the paying customer I don’t see why should there be a problem with how I want my meat prepared. Customer service was horrible food wasn’t worth the money and they don’t even fill the bottom of the container up. Let me save you the trip don’t waste your money here.
