Mongolian & Pho Menu – Kennewick, WA

Type : Asian restaurant

Location : Kennewick, WA

We, Mongolian & Pho, specialize in making stir-fried dishes and Vietnamese soup at our location in Kennewick, Washington. We believe in running a family-owned business that makes fresh food that is satisfying and healthy for our customers. Our favorite thing is the ability to create your own plate with our fresh selection of noodles, meats, vegetables, and sauces. As life would have it we bought the business in February 2013, after my oldest son suggested purchasing the Mongolian & Pho. He had experience in the mongolian food business and a desire to continue working in the business he knew best, so together as a family, we purchased the business. Since then we have grown providing the best Mongolian food to all our customers.

Got my food delivered today. Taste was good but 90% noodles. Would have liked to see the veggies and beef that should have been in it instead of all the noodles. Won’t order again! As a server myself…very disappointed.

When you walk in I can’t help but notice how clean it is that’s a big plus for me. You pick your ingredient your own food how you want it and just take it to the cooks and they cook in front of you. When I’m done eating I get my self some jello and some oranges. Oh and I take home what ever I don’t eat for later.

I love this place!! Ever since covid many local places are really short staffed making the experience difficult for some but for me, I saw a girl work her a$$ off by herself with the entire floor as the 2 men cooked. She could have had attitude or be angry over the amount of people and tasks to do but she never once broke and stayed calm and polite. I will always come back for the good food and the hard working people who deserve tips.

Dont be fooled by the dated appearance of the exterior, this place is more than it appears. We got 2 large bowls and drinks. The food was quite goos and they only charged me for a medium bowl because my large one wasn’t all the way full. Staff was kind, restaurant was clean, atmosphere was good. No brainer. If I wasn’t leaving town soon, I’d be going back for sure.

I had the opportunity to have a sit down meal with my wife at Mongolian and Pho Restaurant in Kennewick, on Kennewick Avenue (near interstate 395). The outside was very well kept and clean. Inside was incredibly clean. There was a really well rounded variety of items to be cooked on the Mongolian grill along with the sauces and suggestions to match. The pricing appeared reasonable. Two employees really impressed me to the point I took photos of them. They were always working what appeared to be their assigned duties but also the little extras making this place a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend taking the opportunity as I did and eat at this establishment.

The food isn’t bad. However, if you’re looking for that authentic taste, I would recommend going elsewhere. I personally didn’t get an authentic vibe. People are nice and friendly but most of the staff don’t speak any English but instead Spanish which is odd as I thought I was eating at a Mongolian place.

I love this place. It’s nice, clean and the food is delicious. Along with the fountain drinks. Some places have water down fountain drinks but not this place.

Friendly staff, fresh and tasty food, clean establishment. We had stopped going years ago because we weren’t pleased with the food etc but decided to give it another try today and we are very pleased with the updates and changes. We will definitely be back again soon!

Beware of this tricky restaurant. They charge your debit card several times on different dates for the same invoice. If you’ve been there recently you better check your bank statement… and be prepare to wait months for your money back!
