We were lucky to discover Mona’s Kitchen. We walked into a full restaurant with many people waiting for their orders. The aroma was intoxicating and the atmosphere was lively. Everyone appeared to be a “regular” and the conversations were friendly and fun.

While traveling, stumbled on something special. Not that I’m an Italian sub connoisseur, but it’s my “go to”, and I have had a a lot. This was one of the best ever. I got a warm welcome, the ingredients were fresh and chilled, and btw, there’s plenty of cold cuts under there.

After reading all these 5 star reviews I gave Mona’s a try. Maybe I just got the wrong thing but if this is the quality of chicken I can’t imagine anything would be 5 stars. I got a buffalo chicken dinner, this “chicken” tasted and felt like eating a sponge. If you pull it open it looks like a sponge. Its the worst most possessed chicken I have ever had. The Onion rings had zero onion in them just rings of batter with onion flavors. I’m not exaggerating either not one had an onion in it. I gave 2 stars because the people were nice and the side salad was fresh but the Chicken and onion rings were inedible.

Went to this place to get me a steak teriyaki at 11:50, till 12:52 I didn’t have my food . She kept serving other people apart from all was hold on , 2 mins , it’s done and nothing . Had to leave without food yet I paid 16$ cos clearly I wasn’t Gona get service.. so terrible.

Mona’s is my go-to lunch place when I’m at work! Calling in for a pick up order is a breeze and the pick up time is typically 15 minutes from the time I call. My favourite thing to order is the steak teriyaki rice bowl. It’s delicious and there’s enough that I always have left overs! They never have any trouble accommodating my request to remove/add ingredients and all the staff are so friendly.

I LOVE this place. Our UPS Peak facility across the street is closing and I’m sad because Monas will be very far away. THAT will NOT stop me from going there. Their food is TRULY AMAZING. Fresh, well prepared, and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We have had several of their salads, several kinds of pizzas, and several kids of subs. NOTHING there will disappoint you. The service, Mona and her crew are AMAZING. The restaurant is very clean and it has plenty of space. Its truly a hidden Gem. You must go there.

Very well constructed subs and sandwiches, gives out plenty of meat. Workers are super nice and make an effort to remember you. I’ve heard there pizzas are good, the only thing I think there lacking is good fries. Fries are kinda suck. But other then that everything is pretty good.
