We’ve been for dinner as well as the more breakfast/lunch foods now. Lunch was great, we did have a few suggestions for the dinner time.

We tried to reserve a table for 9:30 on a Friday night, but the kitchen closes at 9:30, so we got there at 9:00 p.m. The atmosphere was adorable and nice, very French country chic. The service was great from Mona herself. Mona is both French and German, and her husband, the cook, is French.

Nice yet not expensive French cuisine. Recommend the Croque Madame and Sauerkraut dishes, which were delicious. Clean venue, good service despite it just opening, friendly staff. Will revisit soon.

So my husband and I tried Mona’s last night for the first time. The decor was charming and super cute! The lovely woman in the front seated us immediately, which wasn’t an issue because it was SUPER empty in there.

This was my wife’s and I first visit to Mona’s French Cafe. It was a very wonderful and enjoyable meal. Mona and her husband made us feel like family. Monas’ suggestions were first class, from appetizers to deserts, to include wines that were very complimentary to our meal. We most certainly and definitely will be going back again.

We went in mona’s with a party of 12. My meal didn’t come until my party was finished. Their special tasted like beef jerkey and potatoes like paste. I’ll never go there again.

Had a late lunch with a friend and they were very patient with us as we had a lot of chatting to do before ordeing our food. Delicious food and dessert. Traditional French food. They have nice seating areas you can reserve for small or large groups. Owner is from Germany & they have some nice German food options, too.

Mona’s is a new treasure for the Cypress area. Very cute interior and fabulous food. The Croque Monsieur was delicious and exactly how they do them in France. Crepes were stuffed full and perfect. The couple of German dishes also worth checking out, especially if you like potato salad.
