This place is a hidden gem in Dalton. They offer energy teas, meal replacement shakes, and a few coffee options. I got a tea. It was fantastic, refreshing, and very pretty. We picked up a meal replacement shake for my teen. They loved it. Not overly sweet, but definitely a treat. My kid said she was “full but not like I feel gross full. I feel good.” This may become my go to spot for a pick-me-up refreshing tea or a meal replacement I can grab and go without the guilt. I was told about it from a friend or I never would have found them, but I’m glad I did. It’s not immediately noticeable from the street but conveniently located in the complex at the corner of Glenwood and Walnut Avenue between Walmart Neighborhood market and the Shaw campus. They post their menus and specials on their Facebook page frequently. They offered a dollar of our order for checking in on their Facebook page. The attendant was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

This was soo good I got the shake and it was so flavorful and it helps me when I’m hungry before I work out and after the gym I go for a tea bomb and that is so amazing and the server told me it was healthy
