this is the most delicious food ever. the dumplings are soft, the filling is phenomenal, the sauce is so fragrant. literally bomb af. the price is amazing!!! 10 steamed dumplings for $10!!! i’d easily pay $20 for it because it’s that good. the picture was after i started eating it whoops, i got too excited but it’s fire.

Delicious, handmade dumplings. Who can resist? Do yourself a favor and try these out, they’re addicting. Try them steamed, fried, chili’d, or whatever way looks most flavorful to you. Also, the lady who crafts these tasty little flavor bombs is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet at a food truck. Recommended.

Owner/operator is very friendly. Food is awesome. If you are nearby, grab some momos. The solid 5.0 star rating is legit. The Pines food truck location is also great with nice indoor and outdoor eating spaces, full service bar and tap selections.

Okay. Well. In one word, DELICIOUS. You’ll want more when you’re hungry again. These dumplings resembled the folding of “xiaolong bao” or Chinese soup dumplings but they have a bit thicker wrapper. The filling has a little bit of curry which adds a wonderful complexity. The first bite usually has a little of the cooking juices that burst with flavor. With the spices and flavor, you wouldn’t even know or care what protein was used – it was that good. We had the fried, the jhol (soup), and the chicken noodles. All were FANTASTIC.

We were on a road trip to seatle, we were not expecting nepali food in a Lincoln city. Big shout out to sister. Jhol momos was amazing. Chowmein we tried tasted authentic nepali one. Kudos didi(sister). You are the best part of our trip. Felt proud.❤❤❤❤.
