Volcano Bowl had the right amount of spiciness. The tuna tasted fresh. The shaved snow was richer than the usual shaved ice because real milk is used. Tastes lighter than gelato. There is literally a mom and pop making the food. Can taste the love and effort they put into the food.

I’ll admit I only got the bingsu (Korean shaved ice dessert) but it was the most delicious and refreshing dessert I’ve ever had. We got the mango and they hand cut the fruit fresh every day. It’s owned by the sweetest husband and wife ever. I have a friend who is an avid yelp elite and has high praise about their poke and sushi. Their prices are incredibly fair given the inflation. I’ll definitely come back for their sushi and poke!

One of the best poke bowl places I’ve been to overall. The food quality, freshness, and taste are excellent and the portion size is amazing for the price. You can see the food being made on-site, and the owners are simply amazing. They’re very warm and hospitable, which makes even visiting the place a pleasure on its own. And did I mention how cute the interior looks? They also have two patios right outside the store so people can dine there as well.

A huge fan of their poké bowls! I’ve had my share of poké bowls across the greater Hartford area and must say that there is no place better! I’ve been coming to this place on a regular basis since they opened and although I live on the East Side of the river, it is worth the drive!
