I have been looking for birria tacos in Asheville for months and couldn’t find them. I was in Hendo getting maintenance on my car and searched for food near me and saw this place. First, the reviews are great. Second, the customer service is so great. I ordered two tacos and when she handed them to me I thought I was mistaken how many I ordered because of the weight of the bag. No. They are huge. I have had weight loss surgery so I can only eat a third of it at a time, but literally been eating on the two tacos for two days. Left over is just as good as fresh too. The best quality meat and taste. The best tacos I have ever had. So excited to try this place again. Oh and did I mention that two of these huge Birra tacos with the broth was only around $10?! It was made in 5 minutes fresh too. If you’re near the area, you have to check them out.

We had Molka-GT cater a large event. The food was delicious! The two salsas were a crowd favorite! Lila was super helpful and available as we were preparing. When she dropped the food off in the morning it was still steaming hot and super fresh. We would definitely recommend their catering.

Always friendly and helpful when ordering. I usually have the brillia tacos but today I had the chicken torta (sandwich). My wife had the brillia quesadia. Bottom line is everything I have tried is excellent and fresh. Plenty of parking and a couple of picnic table under tent to eat on.

You cannot go wrong here!! We had the Quesobirria, nachos, and the steak tacos and it was all delicious!! The service was great and the owners are sooo friendly! Our food was out quickly and the portions are huge!! I cannot recommend better Mexican food in the area-very authentic!!

The best birria tacos and quesadillas we have ever had! We ordered about $50 worth of food, and the wait time was very reasonable. The owner was very nice. Excellent customer service. The price is great, with very large portions! We will definitely will be back.

Very nice people! One of the best trucks I’ve had, I got the Quesbirria and it was perfect! It came with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and nachos w/ cheese on the side! They have a secret sauce the lady showed me and that’s also amazing! Definitely recommended 10/10
