We stopped here for lunch while visiting Sedona last week. Our driver from the airport had recommended it…and we are so glad he did! First, if it’s nice enough…definitely sit outside. The views are wonderful! To drink I had a Michelada…which is a Mexican lager beer cocktail. I’ve recently become a fan and they did a great version! We shared the chips and quac with crab meat…amazing. The chips were homemade along with everything else. A super generous portion too…would have been plenty for 4 as an appetizer. Hubby had the Carne Asada taco’s (steak) and I had the chicken version. Both wonderful and both super generous plates. The rice and beans that came with the taco’s were amazing too….which left us very full for the afternoon! Our server was so nice and the place had an overall relaxing vibe for lunchtime. We loved it!

We stopped here for a mid afternoon appetizer and drink. We ordered the Aquacate Frito (Avocado Fries) with a preserved Lemon Dipping Sauce. The presentation was eye-catching and the food was delectable . The White Peach Sangria was perfectly made and delicious. We will definitely be returning to have dinner here and we’re sure we will not be disappointed. The staff was friendly, courteous and gladly answered any questions. The restaurant has a great location and good views, especially from the patio. The inside is tastefully appointed.

This is a great place for a dinner or lunch date. The atmosphere is really nice with the modern Mexican motif, but just don’t expect a lot from the food. To start, don’t think it’s bad the food is good, but I’ve had much better, it’s just good (nothing to write home about), but then again we have the drinks the bartender was a pro and probably the best margarita my wife has ever had and the tea with jamaica (not jamaica drink, but actual tea with a jamaica flavoring). Overall, I would visit again, but try something different.

Great dining experience! I had the traditional mole enchiladas and my partner had a fish dish – both were delicious! We sat on the outside balcony dining area and it was great.

So glad we stopped by this place while in Sedona! The food is fantastic and you get a great view of Sedona from the restaurant too. The ceviche for me is a must try. Staff are extremely friendly. Do stop by if you have the chance.

Plan to come to this restaurant. The manager was very kind and squeezed us into the last seating. We were really looking forward to eating here, from a recommendation of a friend.

I cannot rave enough about Mole! I truly believe it is the most underrated restaurant in Sedona. I tried all of the “popular” restaurants while I was staying in Sedona and i must say, Mole topped all of them. I returned twice during my 5 day stay. The bartender was phenomenal. I asked for his recommendations and to say the least, it did not disappoint. He made one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had as well.

Absolutely the worst meal and terrible service. We ate a late lunch so the restaurant was not busy. After we were seated we ordered and waited quite a while for just water and chips. However after ordering and not seeing our waiter for 25 minutes (wish I was kidding) went inside to check on what happened to our food. 30 minutes later our food arrived with a “sorry we are short staffed.” Definitely understand staffing issues. But why would you not let your customers know upon seating them? Setting expectations would have greatly helped. After receiving our food no one came to check on us. The chicken in the mole was terrible. It was poorly cooked with tons of rubbery skin (see picture.) Not once were we asked how our food was. No idea how this restaurant stays in business except perhaps as a tourist stop.

The food had unusual flavors and was very good. Friends had raved about the tortilla chips, but they were dusted with spices I couldn’t eat. Prices were high as expected, but $310 before tip for 4 people seemed excessive. Four margaritas cost $60 and were mostly ice. When I mentioned there were probably only 3 ounces of margaritas in each glass, she said I should ask for less ice in the next drink.
