We came to Mokuku on a Saturday evening where there was no wait. Our party of 2 selected the AYCE option which costed a little bit over $40 per person.

Food quality is amazing. I like how we use our own phone to order so we don’t have to get someone attention to put in the order. The best meat i think are the kuro buta and the Wagyu. Both meats melts in your mouth sooo good. We got Tom yum and mala broth. We like the spicy broth. out of the two we like Tom yum the best. 4 star for service because when we asked someone for spoons they didn’t give it to us and so we asked again and again their didn’t bring it to us. We even put it in the special order on the phone and still didn’t come. Until we were done eating and pay we never got our spoons that we asked 3 times lol. So yeah …

They will charge you 20% extra tips no matter how many people! First time we see the menu, thinking the price is fair. All-you-can-eat per person costs 39.99 bucks. But when we paid for the bill, they added 20% tips for us four people. Come on, this is kind of half-buffet, i don’t know why they think their service deserves such high tips. Their Mala soupbase is not spicy at all and there are not so many available options for all-you-can-eat are guests.

Terrible food! Meat tasted like it was gone bad, options were so limited for a ayce hotpot place. They also have the Yelp check in but did not comply with the deal. All in all terrible! Avoid is possible. We paid over $100 for food we barely touched. The only redeeming quality was their staff. The server we had was sweet and hardworking.

An AYCE Shabu spot in the Richmond that really touts it’s beef quality. The meat is tasty/tender, and the broths are pretty good tasting.

Amazing shabu shabu place in town! they provide high-quality wagyu beef and AYCE price is reasonable. Great broth selection, all fresh veggies and fun sesame ground tool, making by yourself.

First time here. We got the seafood plate with tom yum soup base. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. The portion was good for two people. Price was also reasonable. The hostess Venus was a super star in making us feel welcome. She was recommending a ton of places that we can visit. Will definitely recommending friends to come and be back here again when we visit SF!

Solid solid place with quality meat. Their cilantro dipping sauce is why I keep coming back.
