Let me start with the good. The potatoes were crispy & the frittata was good. Service was slow but everyone was super nice and friendly and I understand places are understaffed so that didn’t factor into my rating.

Our waitress was super nice and attentive. It was very hot in the restaurant. The goetta avalanche was good but I felt like the menu over-hyped it. I’m not a fan of eating off paper plates and using plastic utensils at a sit down restaurant. I thought the overall quality had gone down since my previous visit. Not sure I would return again.

The food was good, we had the Mokka Sampler and the Goetta Grilled Cheese with a Bubbles on Monmouth and Earl Gray Lavender London Fog to drink. The portions were nice but the paper plates and plastic forks definitely bring the vibe down when you’re paying $50+ for your meal, as even the greasy spoon down the street offers you real plates and silverware. Service is on the slower side, but friendly. Overall a decent experience, if a bit expensive for what you’re getting.

Got the Mokka Sampler with white toast. Thought the biscuits and gravy had great flavor, did have to use my knife to cut a little. Got the French toast with no banana and it was fantastic the custard like sauce wasn’t too sweet definitely a lot lighter than syrup and butter. Eggs were cooked over medium like I ordered! Coffee was great! I’d definitely recommend it!

We absolutely love coming here! The food is amazing and the service is always wonderful. She even made my son a special chocolate milk because he wanted my spiked coffee. She always gives us something to keep him busy as well. This time she gave us playing cards. We LOVE Mokka!!

Phenomenal food served on paper plates and overpriced. The breakfast is tasty, clean atmosphere, and very nice waitress. The creme brulee served on this wonderful piece of bread/toast is amazing! You gotta try it! We had a party of six and two were children, and our food was prepared perfectly. The food was served on paper plates and using plasticware, which I felt serving this wonderful food should be served on real plates and using real silverware. I’m sure it’s Covid and hard to find help, but the wonderful food served on paper plates and using plasticware definitely clashed with us. We had issues trying to cut some of our food using plastic knives on these paper plates, and the paper started coming up from cutting. A price of $100 bucks before tip for 4 adults and 2 children is just too much for a breakfast. We had 4 coffees/teas at $14 ($3.50/ea) is a bit steep, and it’s going up to $4.00 from what we were told. Also, I understand some businesses ding you with a processing fee for using a credit card, but I would like a warning shot before using a card, and I think spending $100 bucks shouldn’t include a credit card processing fee. I’m all about helping small businesses, but where do you draw the line? Thanks for great food and wonderful service!

This was our #1 Friday dinner spot for years and remains our favorite breakfast/brunch hangout. We’ve brought friends from out of town and they’ve left as fans. Service isn’t lightning quick, but considering the trouble they have finding help, very well done. Try a frittata or the goetta grilled cheese and you’ll leave a fan. The Reuben or spicy Italian are great for lunch.
