We were a little skeptical about this place because of the unusual “Cajun and Italian” combo — it didn’t inspire confidence. But, the reviews were outstanding and we’re tired of going to the same restaurant every time we’re in town, so we decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did. Traveling through and wanted something unique and local. This was it! Hubby and I ordered lunch sandwich specials – Cajun Heat and Hindenboar. Oh my gosh! Generous portions! We shared sandwiches. Cajun Heat had just the right amount of heat. Hiddenboar took a bit of wrangling, due to size. Both were amazing! Fantastic flavors in each. Ingredient combos blended well. And the different breads (grilled sourdough and baguette) held up (not soggy or falling apart) to the last bite, in spite of being well stuffed with meats, cheese, veggies and sauce. Very tasty, good value, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This has to be my favorite noodle place to eat, also a very relaxing place to sit and chat with a friend or two. The people are very friendly and do a good job. The food is excellent! Nice and clean inside and love the design, the music they played fit the mood in there. Slow durring the week day and a little busier on the weekend. Love this place, must visit at least once.

Have eaten here many times and enjoyed the food. The most recent time not so much. All 3 in our party ordered the same dish for takeout. All 3 found it unpalatable. I’m not one to waste food. Called the restaurant to see if there were any options or accommodations for a substitute. Was met with rude and condescending replies from the owner. Basically “too bad, not our problem, thanks for the 50 bucks” Sorry, can’t support a business owner like that.
