My family and I come here quite often and enjoy it. Tonight, I was shocked by how we were treated. The man checking us out had a nasty attitude with my special needs sister-in-law and I. I have never had an experience like this here. It really hurts as this is one of the few good places in our area. I doubt we will be back.

This Moe’s is DISGUSTING!!! There wasn’t ONE clean table. There was flies flying all over the food. They were out of most things. We were going to eat in but took our food and threw it in the trash after seeing the shape of the dining room. Nothing looked fresh. Awful experience. We will NOT be back to this location ever.

DO NOT waste your time ordering online and picking up through the drive thru!!! I waited for 30 minutes to get my order that was supposed to be ready when I got there but wasn’t. When I got home it was missing half the order and the food that I did get was cold. Didn’t get a receipt either. Horrible service!!! Nobody in that restaurant has a clue what they’re doing!!

I like Moe’s but their app doesn’t include ordering extras or substituting items. I always call ahead or order online so waiting is never an issue. Every time I have had a complaint it has been resolved by the manager Jason. All said and done I still order here regularly.

I believe it’s highly inconvenient that the White Hall location does not take call in orders. Also, if you order online there is not a cash option. When people are on their lunch break they need to be able to pick up quick.
