Haven’t been to Moe’s in 3 years… place was not the cleanest but it wasn’t the dirty either. You can tell it was like this because of lunchtime and they didn’t have time to clean up the tables due to being busy making the food. So no complaints honestly about it. We loved the seasonal salsa, cherry hot salsa. Couldn’t get enough of it.

Let’s start with the woman at the front of the order line that acted as if it bugged her we are here. At least three times during the ordering process for my husband and myself and 4 kids she rolled her eyes and acted like we were inconvenienced. The prices I understand were increased due to inflation, but for 4 kid tacos and 1 bowl and 1 nacho was 70.00. The chicken was so dry and the chips were from the day before apparently as they were so stale and it was already 5:30 pm. There used to be a fantastic manager there. He was friendly, the food quality and quantity was great. This will by my family and my last trip to this Moe’s.

Similar to Chipotle or Qdoba. Staff was awesome. Food was good but expensive, ended up being fifty buck for two adults and two kids. If it had bigger restrooms and was more affordable for the family it would get 5 stars.

Price was a little high, there was a staff member that clearly didn’t like her job and was always making faces, the rest of the staff was really nice and the food was pretty good.

We were not familiar with Branson restaurants closing times, which is apparently 7 or 8 pm ! We were Thrilled to see Moe’s was still open and they were ready to step up and serve us, even though they were closing soon, sweeping areas,etc. The food was Awesome and lots of it – the bowls were easy to customize for us , as we have dietary restrictions, and very friendly staff .

The food was good and the guy who made my tacos was super sweet but the lady who checked us out was beyond rude. She barely talked to us and would not stop getting at the guy who made our food because he let me get both meats on my tacos, which I asked for. It was to the point that I almost asked her to stop. Other than her everything else was fantastic.

We visited Moe’s for the 1st time today. Firstly, the food was delicious and everything was made exactly how we wanted. Now for the service, one of our family members is severely allergic to peppers of all kinds. She let the employee know (I didn’t catch his name but he was a good looking dude with dreads lol) and he immediately took over taking care of her. He took her through the whole process, changing gloves and letting her know what was and wasn’t safe. He was fantastic. I wish I had caught his name. All in all, we’ll be back for sure.

The staff at this Moe’s are the kindest and friendliest of any we have ever visited. They went well beyond normal to make our kids feel welcome and happily fed. Great customer service all around. Thanks so much!!

I went in and the ice from the ice machine closest to the checkout counter had black specks in it. I am assuming black mold. The manager got a cup of ice and deemed it “fine”. I witnessed other customers receive ice from the same machine while there and they did not shut down the machine nor share with others about the potential risk of the ice. She didn’t really seem to care when I mentioned worrying about other people’s safety.
