Moe’s was an overall delightful experience. The burrito was huge and packed with tons of flavor, everything was hot and fresh, and even the salsas had some spice to them! The best chain-restaurant burrito around, with way more options and flavor than the competitors. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, they made everybody who came in, including myself, feel like you had known them forever.

Ordered double steak bowl…. Pretty much got half a serving of steak. Cashier was reluctant to resurrect the situation so I walked away down $18s for tiny bowl and a drink. Never will come here again.

It was all bad from the beginning. Nobody wanted to help me and when they finally did come help and ask what I wanted I asked for 2 orders of Nachos One with tofu which they did not have the gentleman was then irritated when I had to figure out what to get my vegetarian wife. From there he continued to try and rush me while he roll his eyes at me. When he Finished with the nachos two more customers had come in and I and I’d asked for a home wreaker with no meat and he got even more annoyed again rolling his eyes and huffing at me. At This point I still needed more food for the rest of my family but decided That I was not going to 2 order anything else from this establishment. I purchased the food that he had already made and excuse myself. He was very unprofessional in his attempts to be intimidating.

Moe’s is our go-to counter serve southwest restaurant. I also love the staff here whom we’ve gotten to know in the past several years we’ve eaten there. The “Wrong Doug” with either ground beef or chicken is my personal favorite. Their salsa bar and free chips is another plus.
