This location is very inconsistent. I’ve been here maybe 7 times and it’s only been good maybe twice. Rice has been undercooked veggies have been soggy and mushy seems like they’re always scraping the bottom of the pan instead of replacing with fresh. Hopefully they get it right.

Nobody was there when I went to pick up my online order. Store locked up tight and lights off at noon on a Wednesday. The Cintas uniform guy was equally puzzled as he was trying to deliver rugs. Somebody in a key role sick today? Can’t you turn off online ordering if that’s the case?

As a somewhat regular patron of this location I can see they struggle with staffing. They have a woman named Jayzman (spelling may be off. Sorry for that) that is carrying the torch. She is there almost every time I’m there. Working by herself or training perspective employees. She needs to be recognized. I appreciate you and your hard work. I’ve never had quality or service issue at this location. Thank you Jayzman!

Had Moe’s for the first time a few weeks ago. Defiantly a good first experience.

First time I went, they only filled my burrito bowl halfway and it was cold. Just went again and they were closed on Friday at 1:30 PM even though it says they’re open online and their open sign was on? Definitely go to the Moe’s on 116th St in Fishers… WAY better!

Very nice employees, clean environment too. Had a delicious lunch before heading back on the road! Only complaint is that the Coke Freestyle machine was out of order so we were stuck with just water.

We spent $33 for a burrito bowl, burrito, queso and one drink. All the food was cold, hardly any chicken in my bowl, rice was hard, and corn salsa looked like it was made last week. It’s such a shame because other Moe’s locations are great. Hope they can make some much needed changes.

I walked in at 8 pm and the dining room was closed. All the chairs were on the tables and no salsa bar set up. They don’t close until 9pm. Poor customer service in my opinion.

DRIVE THRU!!! Bumped it to 5 stars for this alone. Parent of 4, drive through are clutch if you’re between activities or a kid car naps.
