Could be way better if the meat and other parts of food was heated up and the cheese on the nachos didn’t harden up services was burrito wasn’t rolled right so half way thru it fell apart, my first and last time

Lobby area was messy. Was only 4 customers in lobby so they were not busy. Restrooms were not clean. Employees were more worried about their phones.

Would not help with the drink machine. Would not put out ice. The lady said it was just stuck keep trying and would not help.

The food was exceptionally good. People were friendly, and acted as if they were genuinely glad to see us. However, I thought it was a little expensive. Other than the price, everything was wonderful.

I won’t say everything I have to say about the cleanliness, poor customer service, or pure lack of professionalism, because it doesn’t apply to all staff. Order 20 mins late (which is fine on a busy day), but was completely wrong. The manager (hard to believe) smelled horrible, and was dirty and rude. BUT The young lady I talked to on the phone was extremely understanding. There’s a bad egg in every batch of employees, just pray you go in on the right day…

This place seems to be pretty consistent with the food quality. I enjoy it. The price is kindly steep though. Some of the seating needs repaired and the bathroom needs a deep clean.

Great place with an excellent atmosphere. Started with burritos first couple of trips, but lately I’ve been getting the stack. Food is always cooked right and service is always excellent. Popular location in the shopping center and parking is very accessible. Getting out might be a problem, but that’s because it’s a busy area and not on Moe’s.
