Let me first start by saying I was a Moe’s fan many years ago then I moved away and didn’t have a location near me. Now I’m in a new state with a Moe’s so I was looking forward to eating at a once favorite place. Not this time.

Got this awesome taco meal kit!!Was ready when we showed up everything was fresh,plenty of food to feed 4 people taco meat was a little spicy for me personally but everything else was good as I expected will deff be back !!Drive 30 min to eat there!! Congrats on 7 years!!

Got there during the lunch rush and they got us through in like 10 minutes. All the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Lobby was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Got double meat double cheese everything and still got out with less than 20 bucks. Highly recommend

The food was great and definitely 5 stars but I won’t apologize for having an issue with the bathrooms. It’s not that they weren’t clean it’s that they need maintenance. The soap dispenser was broken but it did work. The worst part was the paper towel dispenser either didn’t work or they were unable to load it for some reason. The roll of paper towels was sitting on the sink soaking up dirty water. Not what I want to clean my hands on before I eat.

The staff here is so great- super helpful and great attitudes. We actually thought we might be coming too close to closing and they assured us they were excited to serve us. I’m not even kidding- the ladies making our food had it down to a seamless operation. They were constantly tag-teaming with frying chips and cooking the stacks we ordered. Would totally recommend to anyone. It’s the closest thing to Tex Mex I’ve had since moving to Virginia. Yummy fresh chips, great tortillas. The sauces available are so flavorful. And that queso- so perfect. Shout out to the women on staff tonight. Thank you, ladies, for being so accommodating!

I have had surgery, so I was unable to go in. My husband went in between 8:00 and 8:30 on July 1st. The employees appeared to be already cleaning up, so he had to stand there a bit. When he finished placing my order, the last thing he asked to be put on it wasChipolte Ranch. The attendant used the very scant last amount there at the counter, then looked below the counter to see if there was another bottle. There was not. My husband was completely amazed that she did not even offer to walk just a few feet to the store room where I am positive there is more. At this, he decided to go to Chick-Fila for his dinner. He commented that the employee’s overall demeanor was inhospitable and very unwelcoming, and he truly felt like he was annoying her in the first place. She apparently had many facial piercings, and he says she looked a bit unkempt as well. It will be our last trip to this Moe’s. We had always enjoyed going to Moe’s; the employees are friendly, attentive, helpful, and just look like people we trust to TOUCH things we would put I our mouths. Bristol…. Not so much. Good luck. If your employees are too sorry to walk to a storeroom and equally too engrossed in trying to “close”, you just lost this store not only our business but everyone I can possibly tell.

Went in to get food right before they closed (I’m sorry, Google says 10 but they close at 9.) I got my food and the lady was super nice, but once I started eating it my rice wasn’t even cooked. The chips were super stale. You could tell everything’s been sitting out of a while. I won’t be back.

We haven’t been to Moes in 2 years. Their nachos were so good a while back. My wife had a chicken quesadilla and I had nachos with adobo chicken and all the extras. She enjoyed her quesadilla but the chips had no flavor. My order of nachos was flavorless. It was weird. I could taste the individual pieces of chicken and it was good. But the chips were just texture but no flavor. Very disappointed with Moes at the Pinnacle. And the bill was $30 bucks and I was optimistic and left a tip. Won’t be back.

Moe’s was amazing! We had never eaten there before and decided to get a Nachos meal kit due to it being cheaper than going out to feed our family of 7. The meal kit wouldn’t feed 7 adults but our kids loved it. There was plenty for all of us and it was great! I will definitely be making that a regular dinner option due to the price and amazing food! Can’t wait to try more from there!

My wife and I had never eaten at Moe’s before, so we went a little overboard with the selections. I was quite impressed with the tastiness of our choices and the vast array of toppings we could choose. If you haven’t been to Moe’s, the way you order is similar to Subway or Chipotle. There are several options besides the ones pictured here, including tacos (1, 2, or 3) with ground beef, chicken, steak, or veggie. There is a nice looking salad with several options and a large no-bread bowl that includes rice, meat, beans, pico, and all the fixings. You can get a side of guac (which is made fresh and is very good, but maybe a touch too oniony) or queso (cheese dip, for you Mexican restaurant lovers) and every meal comes with free nacho chips (and maybe salsa, but we didn’t get that). You can upgrade to the meal (drink and a side) for $2.20 and they have Coca-Cola products (always my favorite)!!
