The Auburn location was very unkempt. There were flies behind the line where the food was being prepared. No cover on the food unless it was to go. Flies were lighting on the food as it was sitting on the line. My dish had to be redone due to this issues. The workers lacked hospitality as it was busy and made you feel like they were herding cattle through the line. The windows were greasy and smudged and also several boxes of chips had been prepared and left open to air on one side of the restaurant as if preparing for a catering event. I am sure flies were there too. Having the trash can outside right by the door definitely contributed to flies coming inside and also right in outdoor eating space. Will not return to this location.

When friends and I came in(6 people total) employee rolled eyes. My food was old and scraped from the bottom of the bins. Worst Moe’s experience I’ve had ever. I advise training employees.

Asked for a homewrecker bowl and they barely covered the bottom of the bowl with anything. Hardly and queso, rice was crunchy. There was hardly anything in the bowl. Disappointed. Never going here again.

Came here while in Auburn as it was the only place after the basketball game without a line. The staff was really helpful and my food was ready promptly. I dined indoors. The dining area was really clean and so were the bathrooms. I would go back.

The location seemed like they were struggling. They were using chips for the hardshell on the stack and the chips turned into a soggy mush before I was able to take my first bite. The inside seemed dirty and the food tasted bland compared to my typical experience at Moe’s.

Awful, slow, and rude service. Upon entering, the woman didnt bother to greet me and my fiance. We just stood there until she said, “hold on”. We counted at least 6 people behind the counter, yet it took so incredibly long to get our food. Not to mention, we didn’t get much for what we asked for. After eating, we instantly felt nauseous. My fiance and I have felt sick all day. Do not go to this location. I doubt either of us will return.

I placed a Togo order from the Moes website that said it would be ready by 12:43. When I arrived the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told her I had a To go order and she didn’t even move to see if it was ready. After waiting 2 minutes I then asked her if should could check on it. She then rolled her eyes and walked away to check on it. I believe if you work in a customer service environment then you should have good customer service or at least decent. If I didn’t already pay for my food on the website I would have left. This has been a terrible experience.

My 1st vusit to this location while visiting family. It was a great experience overall. Fast friendly service, clean establishment and friendly “Welcome to Moe’s” environment. I had the nachos and they were prepared in the manner of which I’m accustomed and as delicious as I expected. Everything was fully stocked and ready upon order. Looking forward to my next visit!

Food is good just like any Moe’s location, but this one has awful customer service. I just picked up my online order and walked to the front (no greeting by anyone). The girl standing up at the front was sleeping and when I walked up to her she didn’t say one word to me she just looked at me. I said “I had an online order” and she just kept staring at me til she finally rolled her eyes and walked as slow as she possibly could to where they keep the food. She dropped it on the counter and went back to her sleeping pose thing and never said a word. I had a drink so I just reached over and grabbed one because it was obvious I wasn’t going to be helped here.
