Haven’t been to Moe’s in over a year so not sure if today’s experience is the new norm or what. There were 8 people in front of us and It took about 15 minutes to reach the first phase of the ordering. Super slow but okay so far. The next phase is usually the fastest as they plop whatever you want on your chips – chicken, pico, beans, cheese, sour cream, etc. and slide it down the line to the register. This part took another 15 minutes to the point where my nachos were completely soggy. They just sat there waiting to be pushed down the line as another worker kept adding orders in front of it. It was weird. Maybe those were door dash or something. I asked if they could just hand them to me and let me move down and pay. The lady just looked at me like I had 3 heads. As I watched the chaos, this guy serving looked like he was absolutely lost. Didn’t know the difference between cilantro and lettuce. Bless him. And he wiped his nose and forehead every 15 seconds with the back of his forearm. Literally every 15 seconds as sweat dripped from his face. All of this was so unreal that I didn’t even care about my nachos anymore. I just wanted some popcorn to eat while I watched all of this from the other side of the glass. When I finally got to the register, it had been 31 minutes since I walked in the door. Like I said, maybe this is the new norm. But I liked it much better when I would walk thru the door and a bunch of high energy surfer-like kids would shout out Welcome to Moes!!

Entered here one late afternoon and maybe three or four other customers were seated. The dining area was nasty with food and trash on the floor. The food line staff was friendly and efficient. The serving sizes where great compared to Chipotle. Really like the fact one may get as much salsa as one needs with a variety. We sat down to eat and one of the Roadies came over and started sweeping all around us, all I could imagine is fine particles of germs floating above my salad. The food was very tasty and we left being filled just wish they would not sweep when people are eating.

I just got home from going to get me, my husband, and our daughter dinner. My husband gets 2 bites into his home wrecker steak burrito and there’s no steak. I wasn’t vigilant in watching each food item get each protein I guess. ♀️ I called and can’t get anyone in the phone.

I’ve worked in food service most of my life but the conditions here are unacceptable. There was a used diaper underneath a table, food all over every table and the floors, trash was over flowing. It was disgusting. And I understand being busy after a rush and not having the time but it was 4 in the afternoon. I will not be eating here again.

The hours posted for this location is wrong. I arrived at 9:22pm and they turned me away. I was angry at first but then realized the Google maps hours were wrong. I have posted their hours here. It is only viewable from one entrance. They should post it on the other door. The guy sweeping told me they were closed. He was blunt with no apologies. I was hoping for some food after driving five hours. The least he could have done was be polite about it.
