Service was absolutely unnecessarily awful!! A sign was posted for $7.99 Monday Burrito special. I told the girl I wanted to order the special. She replied she didn’t speak English. (????) I pointed to the sign prior to motioning for the other counter girl to help me explain. They both looked at each other as if neither spoke English. The manager finally came but she too was extremely rude . I will Never return. Worst service ever!! I also think I was over charged

I really wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I went and I would have probably toughed it out. I walked from visiting my mom in the hospital to get something to eat. It was the closest place. The meat in my burrito was so hard it was pathetic. I tasted something sour when I bit into it. A waste of money and time. But most of all I risked my health to food poisoning.

If I could give no stars I would.. we waited in line with others for about 10 minutes before the lady even acknowledged us it wasn’t a hey how you doing sorry for the wait it was do y’all want chips with y’all order…Attitude for no reason the employees were clearly mad with each other which doesn’t give the ok to be rude to customers….My quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way when I asked could it be cooked longer the lady who made it just walked away and ignored what I said and the other acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying she just kept showing me the food.

This is probably the worst Moe’s I have ever been to. Upon entering the store, the staff did not seem to notice we were there. We had ordered in advance and didn’t see our order on the pick-up stand so we sat there for 10 minutes before realizing that the staff just never put it out and it was sitting, ready, in a plastic bag behind the counter. When we finally got it, I asked for our drinks and our chips, to which the guy said, “The chips are in there under the boxes.” We got our drinks and were heading out, when the cashier guy says, “Hey, this is yours” and hands me the side of queso we ordered and thought was in the bag with the chips. 10 seconds later he turns around and says, “Oh wait, that’s for this lady” and hands it to another lady. We left and upon getting home, we realized there were no chips, no queso, and our actual bowls were completely messed up. I am allergic to dairy and mine had sour cream and melted cheese, while my boyfriend had all of my toppings on his and he has food allergies as well. I have never experienced a Moe’s messing up so utterly, especially when there were three people on staff and yet somehow none of them seemed to know what they were doing.

I give this place one star because not only did I get attitude from the employees, so did this sweet little old man in line. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t even spoken to. Not even a smile. Either they are very unsatisfied with their job and pay, or they just aren’t decent employees. It’s called customer service for a reason. I really hope the employer has core values for them to follow by. Those are really important. At least clean and set up enough tables for your customers.

If you feel like getting a attitude because some old lady made bad life choices and now takes it out on paying customers come to Moe’s. Not sure why they would have this lady interacting with people.

Got Nachos with no meat. Cost 15 dollars price is too high for some chips and cheese. Cheese was cold below 60 degrees it felt like. My friend got chicken Quesadilla even his chicken was cold got some chips on the side. The Dip wasn’t the best either. I would spend my money elsewhere felt scammed.

I went during lunch hours, so of course they were busy. The wait was between 6-10 min., but once you get to ordering prices is very quick. They aren’t generous on toppings i asked for peppers about 5 and asked for more, they are not the subway of burritos. I had an overall good experience. I had the Monday special which was a burrito or bowl for $5.75 and the burrito is huge and completely filling. Will be back again just not during lunch hours or I’ll at least order ahead for pick-up.

Food gave me food poisoning took me 3 whole days to get better had me throwing up so bad,body aches and couldn’t barely hold my body up wouldn’t recommend this location at all

It was good & fast service ! I usually get the first club quesadilla which consist of guacomole, bacon, cheese, chicken, cilantro lime rice, lettuce, tomatoes, & chiptole ranch sauce with a side of queso.
