Moe’s atmosphere and menu is hardly recognizable from where it was 10 years ago if this location is a model of the modern experience. Low energy employees do not seem happy to be there, the menu is now lacking in options and more confusing, and way overpriced for quality of food. Unfortunately I don’t see Moe’s being around for much longer at this pace. At least they still have the great salsa bar so I can mix the tomatillo and guapo for one of the best salsa flavors! Hope they can turn it around, but I can’t justify spending money here over Chipotle around the corner.

Came in at 8:30 to find the two behind the counter breaking things down leaving not much of a selection. Salsa bar only had 2 out of 4 salsa’s. No lemon or limes on the bar. Nothing stocked for customers. Went to get a coke and you guessed it, they were out!!!! This was the first time trying it, but I think I will stick with Chipotle!!!!

This Moe’s is one of the best. The staff are always kind and make the food well, the food tastes fresh, the trash is never overflowing like other moes, things like straws and utensils are always stocked, and the restaurant is quite clean for a fast food restaurant.

I’m very thankful & appreciative for the awesome employees at the North Port location. I had a issue where Door dash never delivered my order a few weeks ago from this exact store. I happened to be shopping next door & afterwards I stopped in Moe’s. I didn’t even think about what happened with Door dash until I was ordering. I casually mentioned it to the girl helping me & continued on. After I was done ordering a very friendly, nice girl (manager) came from the back & was very apologetic because of what happened with DoorDash. She also gave me my lunch on the house!! I totally didn’t expect that either I wanted to thank you ladies for your compassion & kindness towards me and great customer service! See you again soon ✌️ “Welcome To Moe’s!” ✨

Staff is usually slow and doesn’t take online orders very well but the food is usually good. This time not so much. Ordered a burrito and was met with a sopping wet bag when I got home. The burrito was filled with grease almost as if they had pumped it into the center. The entire tortilla was saturated with grease and was quite literally dripping at a steady rate. Had to transfer the contents into a tortilla from home just to be able to eat it. Will not be ordering from this location again for a while until staff is changed. It’s one thing to mistakenly mess up a burrito, it’s another to neglectfully add spoonfuls of grease in along with the meat and vegetables. Called the store to complain and nobody answers you just get hold music for over 15 minutes with no answer.

The staff were all arguing with each other over different things one of the employees said” I’m about to walk out I don’t need this job” One girl rang up our food and went in the back the guy wrapped up our food and tossed it on the counter didn’t call our number or give us cups for the drinks we paid for. All that for a 15 dollar burrito not worth it at all
