Lately every time we go there have been the same 2 people working there, a man and a woman & they are so friendly! They always seem happy to see us & are willing to accommodate our quirky requests! We used to frequent tijuana flats, but choose moes instead. This particular location is our go to!

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. The lady who took my order didn’t speak English and the other lady behind the counter was rude. Portions are significantly smaller than other locations also. The quac was bland. Doesn’t hold up to other locations at all.

Food is prepared poorly. Staff is rude. If I ask fif the soda machine works, a worker should be able to speak enough English. Portion size is extremely stingy and started recently. For the money and portion size, not worth it. Poor service. I’ve eaten here on and off for five years, I will not eat here again. Not worth the stingy portion vs the money and all the other hassles. Families should avoid. I am not hard to please it’s bad.

Hands down the worst moes in swfl. Have tried to come here over 10 times as I work down the road and love moes(other locations). Staff almost always doesn’t seem to care and the food is ALWAYS old/doesn’t taste good. I went in an hour before close and the ground beef was burnt black and barely a scoop left. I asked if they had more and they told me they don’t have any more in house and could make me a fresh burrito. Asked for the owener/ managers contact info and they told me they couldn’t give that to me. Will never be back again

I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again…the entire place is beyond dirty…the floors…counters and tables is a major code violation and should be shut down.. even the drink dispenser looks as it’s never been cleaned…you should be ashamed and I want me money back full refund??!!
