English is the second language here now. Seriously?!? When did Cape Coral restaurants become Spanish speaking as the main language? The person preparing my food needed an interpreter in the staff. Why?!? English is the primary language here, not Spanish.

This Moe’s used to be my absolute favorite. It had been a very long time since I had been just due to one reason or another. Upon walking in, this store was EMPTY. I found that shocking, considering when I used to go, the line would be at the door. I ordered a steak stack, and my daughter a junior burrito. Honestly, the food wasn’t bad it tasted as I thought it should. The chips all were stale the different salsa. I tried 2 of the milder ones, and both had a taste as though they weren’t fresh and beyond close to needing to be thrown out. I went to the coca cola freestyle machine 1 was out of order and the other had barely any options available. This store is definitely in need of some management. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly, maintenance items addressed, and supplies ordered before they are out. Very disappointing won’t visit this location anymore.

Got a steak bowl with a bunch of toppings and the food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly including the manager. Coca Cola freestyle machine here gets me my favorite Vanilla Barq’s Root Beer. I would recommend over Chipotle.

We stopped in for a late lunch. The menu is not overly complicated. We got 2 beef tacos and a jr. chicken burrito. Both were generously portioned, each otem lookes fresh. The counter server was onformative and helpful. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. We didnt give five stars because it seemed like it needs a deep cleaning and a decor update. I would suggest some framed southwest pictures on the walls. Other than that, I loved it!

Purchased a Fajita Meal Kit online. Left a tip and everything. Picked up the kit and it was missing 3 items. No CHIPS, salsa or guacamole. Employees could care less. Stated too bad chip machine is broken. I didn’t realize the guacamole was missing until I arrived home. I’ve emailed their corporate office 3 times and no response.

Came in today at 11:40 to eat lunch– Coke machine down,. Had to wait for Dr Pepper for over 20 minutes waiting….The Dr Pepper was still out ..waited for nothing thanks ..so I decided to get sweet tea. Nope..There was no sugar in that sweet T. Cold food with no drink. Terrible experience. Manager on duty pretended not to see the 6 people without drinks waiting in line for 20 min. Give your service to business’s that hire better people.

What a wonderful experience after a hard day of work and wanting dinner! Zach, Tavien, Jessica and Alex We’re amazing!! All of them are personable they made me feel like I was part of their team they were patient while I was waiting for a text message of what to order from my wife. He took time to prepare the food double checked with me to make sure everything was added correctly on both entrées. Thank you also very much what a wonderful job That is the way teamwork should be Thank you for a positive atmosphere and great food will definitely be back! Thank you all again!

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The chicken was dry and flavorless, rice was overcooked, the chips were stale. The establishment was dirty, one soda machine was broken and the other was out of most of the flavors.
