$38 for two burrito meals.. Haven’t been here since college, boy has it changed. I was the only person here at noon on a Sat – should’ve been a sign. Every ingredient definitely came premade in a bag. Quality seems low, flavor is low. It was fun while it lasted Moes ✌

It’s hit or miss depending in who’s working. Sometimes you get someone who is super friendly, loads you up, and knows how to wrap a burrito. Sometimes you get somebody who clearly doesn’t want to be there and just kind of slaps stuff together. Overall its a decent place to get a burrito.

I have been a pretty regular Moe’s customer over the years especially this location and the Moe’s near Raymond James Stadium. It’s been a few months since I had the opportunity to visit for Moe’s Monday. I ordered my burrito and when I went to cash out, I was asked if I had the app which I don’t. I was surprised to be charged almost $16 for a burrito, a few chips and a drink. I dined in and saw other customers offered the opportunity to download the app and get the discount. I would always tip a few dollars on Moe’s Monday but today zero. This will also be the last time I visit any Moe’s location.

UPDATE 8/21/17: The air conditioning was broken but nobody was apologizing nor was there a sign on the door. The seating was filthy and chips broken all over the floor. The service was slow and the burrito roller was terrible. Dropping the stars as a result

I’ll give it a minus a star. Food was not looking fresh. I had to spelled out what I wanted. I was not offered any choices. I picked them all. Cashier kid was Mr. no smiles . Not even a thank you . The manager needs to go somewhere else where they appreciate him. He was the only one who welcomed me and wished me a good day.

This is a “Homewrecker” burrito. $11.00 delivered and it fits in my hand. Ridiculous!!! Called and the manager is a bigger joke than the burrito. Good thing Grubhub gives money back because the manager had no intention of doing the right thing.
