They have ghetto employees. Great deals but the lack of good or standard customer service don’t cut it for me. They need to get better. I even say the manager yell at one of the employees in front of me… and to mention I’ve been there a few time since I live by the apartments

I don’t write negative reviews a lot but this experience made me feel inclined to do so. This was by far the worst experience at Moe’s we’ve ever had. We normally go to Moes on Mondays for the deal and this time we went on a Sunday. We’ve been to this Moes other times and it was exactly what you’d expect from a Moes. But, this time the cashier was absolutely rude, didn’t know what we ordered and ignored us when we asked her a question. About half the associates weren’t even wearing a hat to keep hair from getting in the food. The chicken was honestly pretty gross and old most of it didn’t even look like chicken more like Beef. They were also out of a lot of toppings for the bowls/burritos. Then the drinks were 3 dollars for the regular size and their soda machine didn’t even have most of the flavors working. We tried to bring this to the attention of the associates and they ignored us. Everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day either. So, I would advise you steer clear of this place just go somewhere else.

I have this issue every time we order from this Moe’s location. Queso is never included when we order it as a side or in the dish, sour cream and salsa are never included either. Why offer free salsa or sour cream if you don’t provide it? It is one of the main reasons we preferred Moe’s. Every time I try and address this issue with the staff they are rude, and unwilling to help correct the issue. I tried escalating this issue to Moe’s corporate and did not receive a response. At this rate, my family will not return with poor delivery and unkind staff.

There meal was great came in on time. But we were made to get our spones ourselves. That was really not a great deal they had no server and ordering your meal was at the conter and you had to pay before you get to see or eat your meal

I’m surprised we didn’t get food poisoning. This place was filthy, the food was old and dried out, the counters were covered in what looked like days old food. The employees acted like they couldn’t be bothered with taking our order. It wasn’t busy so they had plenty of time to clean up, replenish the food and fix the soda machine that didn’t work. I have never been to a Moe’s and had a bad experience, I hope the owner reads this review before getting shut down by the health department. If you walk in and second guess staying… LEAVE!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went here on Saturday. Had a reward for $3 off a burrito when you made it a meal. The store would not honor it. Asked for a manager and the staff just ignored me. They are rude. Tried this place a second time hoping it would be better. Nope. Never again. My advice go to another Mexican place. This location stinks.

This place is just ghetto! We been here twice, the first time the guy that was making our food was rushing us and just very rude! Gave it a second shot and the employee making our food didn’t have a hairnet on, then the employee at the register had very poor customer service. They all just joke around with each other instead of attending their full attention to their customers. I recommend staying away from this place! You’re better off eating somewhere else. Horrible experience here both times.

Normally we love moes for quick dinners but this location was terrible! The workers took my husband’s order then ignored me ad if I wasn’t even there then when I spoke up the woman gave me a side eye dirty look. And sighed before another worker came over and took my order .
