I came here today during a rush and unfortunately there were only two employees working. My hats off to them they were super pleasant, made sure to say high to everyone and great everyone with a smile while cooking and preparing the orders. They were non stop from the moment I got there till I left. The computer even had issues but they stayed positive and took care of everyone’s orders. Couldn’t be more impressed with their service and hope their hard work is rewarded.

Generally I really like going to this Moe’s location the employees are great and communicative about my order and the quality is always great. However today I find myself disappointed in Moe’s because the location was closed not for any emergency or unavoidable disruption but because the Moe’s Employees were not paid. This to me reflects very badly on the owner of this location and their inability to properly manage the location.

I have been coming to this place every day for the past 2 years but for at least the past month it’s always closed! The manager there does not go by the store hours at all and now it’s closed again Today! The only time it stay open is when the African American Employees are there (yes I noticed) and they always give me great customer service and they always make sure we come in with a smile complete my order with no problem and make sure I leave with a smile every time! That Ken guy that works at this location is incredible! He’s fast but engages with every customer 1 on 1 and never makes anyone feel less important! So my one star rating is based on horrible Management! The employees are great but that Sabrina lady their general manager is horrible! Those employees are too good to have horrible leadership!

As others have mentioned, this location has the most inconsistent hours. It’s insane. You can’t (or shouldn’t) go unless you’re in the area because if you make a trip for it, they could be closed. Went a couple weeks ago at 1:30 and they had a sign on the door saying they were closing at 2 for training. They must be really understaffed cuz you can’t just close a restaurant for training when it’s normal lunch hours. I was glad I made it in time.

Normally visit on Mondays, good deal with the app for a bowl or burrito. Decent healthier option if you are hungry on any given day but be prepared to spend more (on average) than at other nearby options.

Sadly, once again. This Moe’s dissapoints. Veggie bowl, missing guac. No call or offer of a substitute. Bowl barely full and a very small handful of chips. We love Moe’s! But now there is no option for us in Winter Park.

When they have food it’s good but sometimes they’re closed for the whole day. Or the other day they had a sign saying they close at 7. I got there at 6:30 and they were out of all but one protein and out of rice and sauteed veggies (but charging the same price) and refused to make more.
