After several disappointing experiences at this Moe’s location, i just feel like i have to leave a review. An hour before they close and they have no sour cream, no chipotle ranch, no tomatillo salsa…I mean come on!! Just sounds like lazy employees that are ready for the shift to end. Just don’t expect much of you come to this location. Just go done there else.

The Bannerman location is awful! The staff is always changing therefore, no employee is ever properly or fully trained. Take out orders are NEVER right and you can forget about fresh ingredients or even getting everything you ask for. Half the time they’re out of something. Forget about asking for more chips because they look at you like you must be crazy. The quality has gone down hill exponentially especially for the price you pay. Our last visit there was on 3/28/23 and our total was almost $80 for 5 of us and 2 bowls of queso. We only received 1 bowl. My daughter went back up to the restaurant and she was told they were out. It was only 8pm and they don’t even close until 10pm!!! This happens A LOT there. I contacted Moe’s asking for a refund of $7.99 for the queso I never got. The manager Amanda Brimmer contacted me the next day and asked if I’d be willing to speak with her on the phone. I declined because I e done that in the past and nothing has improved. I asked for the refund again and all the sudden communication has stopped and I still don’t have a refund. Everything about this location is poor, right down to the management.

They gave my order to someone else. This was after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only had staff of 3 working at noon. Recommend avoiding this location for a while.

Tonight-to go orders were prioritized as the lobby was filled to capacity at the door with people. The manager at the time was primarily in the back and a worker named Jan was moving at a very slow pace as well as being rude to her coworkers. She rolled her eyes many times and showed disrespect towards customers by showing attitude. This needs to be better organized as well as having people with better attitudes working in the food industry. A worker named Juice was extremely polite and very precise and prompt along with very very reliable and respectable.

I had a fantastic experience here, once again. I had ordered through the Moe’s app, and the food was delivered through doordash. However, doordash left behind most of the order. I called the restaurant, and the manager Dominic found the rest of my order and delivered it himself. He went far above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I always have a great experience with Moe’s staff and management, and this is a shining example! I sincerely hope that Dominic is highly valued by his employers, as he provides their customers with fantastic service.

Me and my family came in around 730. There were 2 gentlemen working the food and a girl working in the back. They were all courteous and made our visit feel welcomed. We were a party of 5 and all of our food was cooked and made perfectly. The environment was very clean…even the bathroom. I didn’t realize Moe’s was at that location but I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Employee was so quite I couldn’t hear anything she said. And what type of Mexican place doesn’t have fresh veggies? Oh that’s right… Moe’s… used to be a good spot to eat at but now the food is so dry and they don’t restock. They can’t even cook rice right

Best Moe’s in Tally hands down. All the other locations in Tallahassee can learn from this Moe’s. I’ve ate here multiple times. 5 star service every time I’m a patron.

I used to love going to Moe’s when I lived on the Southside of town. Now that I live on the east side, I have to go to the Moe’s on Mahan Dr, and each time over the last couple years has been increasingly disappointing. Every time I come in, the employees look incredibly stressed and/or unhappy. Today I arrived right at 5 pm, so you would think they would be prepared for a dinner crowd. Nope. I wasn’t greeted with the normal “Welcome to Moe’s” which doesn’t bother me too much, but in this case, I wasn’t greeted at all. There were 3 people standing at the prep line. 2 completely ignore me, the other was a young man who looked confused, which judging by the rest of my experience, I would assume he’s in training so he gets a pass. The young lady finally finished whatever she was doing and asked me what I wanted. She scraped at an empty bin of ground beef until she could almost fill my tacos with the old meat remnants that had been there since I would assume they opened for the day. I asked for a queso. Same thing. The young man scraped at an almost empty bin for a painfully long time before finally asking for a new pouch to refill it with. Then I ask for sour cream. The young man struggles to squirt a mostly empty bottle onto my tacos, tells me it’s empty, then is guided by another employee to one of the other of the three sitting right in front of him. I get to check out and of course it asks me for a tip, which I begrudgingly gave out of obligation. I had to wait a few extra minutes to get my queso which is fine since I wanted to make some salsa. There were 8 tiny salsa cups available, also low in stock. As for the salsa… almost empty (at least my flavor was). I scraped the salsa bin enough to fill 2 cups and had to ask for more. I get in the car and my chips are cold and stale. To top it off I paid over $21 for 1 meal and service that was far less than satisfactory. The most I would ask is that you at least keep your food LOOKING fresh. Keep the bin filled and top off with the old. Do better Moe’s on Mahan…you disappoint me.

Went in an hour before they closed. An employee gave me the generic “Welcome to Moe’s” line and then went to scrubbing caked on food from the bar. Two other employees were talking to a guy who seemed to be a customer but walked out with no food. As he was leaving they just stared at me and when one or them walked away, I walked out. Overall, one if the worst experiences I’ve had in a fast-casual establishment.
