Unprofessionalism and laziness to fulfill the order of paying customers. They love to act like they’re closed three hours before closing time. I’m not even talking about the dining room because that’s no big deal. You can’t keep scraps on your serving station and expect to fulfill orders for the last three hours of the evening.

Went last week horrible experience .I was running late and decided to use drive thru . Waited and honked after a few minutes nothing . I decided to call the store to let them know I was here . Someone finally picked up and said they were at the window finally heard a voice. Decided to just come in . A lady was making corn by the stove and she looked back at us didn’t say anything and continued making the corn . Me and another lady continued to stand there . Finally the worker turned around and asked what I wanted and made my bowl. Then finally i upgraded to a drink. Unfortunately I was not aware that both machines were not working . When I approached the machines you could tell from the screens they were not working . I still tried and nothing happened . I then told the cashier guy and rather him check it out he just said the one on the left works . I went to the machine tried again and it still didn’t turn on. Finally a manager came and asked me what I would like to drink and that she can get it in the back . Overall the worst experience at moes .

COVID update 9/2020 – they are doing a pretty good job with safety precautions, though I saw at least one employee with a mask but not covering their nose. Portions were good and the staff was kind and helpful on this visit. We love Moe’s, but this one tends to be less great than the typical one we visit. Portions seem to be a bit smaller and service is slower. Food still tastes great and employees are nice.

Never eat here. They are stealing people’s money from gift cards and not giving the product or service for it. Example. If you have a giftcard emailed to you without the scanner they will not enter their giftcard number nor honor the confusion they created. No one will help you.

Decided to give this Moe’s another shot because they’ve messed up my order a lot in the past, but I thought one more try. We ordered in the app for pickup. Our food was ready as soon as we got there and we drove home. It wasn’t until we got home that I realized how awesome this Moe’s is. In my burrito, I put a request asking “Please a lil lime squeeze too!” and the people at Moe’s ran with it! They wrote on my bag and the foil wrapper “lil lime burrito” and “lime bag” as well as “not lime bag >:(” on my husband’s bag. It was so cute and funny, it really made my day! It was also the best burrito I have had from any Moe’s I’ve ever visited. Apparently, Tuesday around 6:30p is the perfect time for this location! I hope the people who made our food tonight see this cause y’all are awesome!

Went to the drive thru absolutely no one in line attempted to order and was told to come inside because they were short staffed and the drive thru is not a essential part of this business by Assistant manager Samantha. When we pulled around no one was inside of the restaurant and employees where standing around. Very unprofessional staff and management and I see the reason why no one was at this establishment. The owner needs to do better with this location and I will not be returning.
