My husband and I couldn’t remember why we never tried this place again after the first time but after tonight’s service, I quickly remembered. Was attempting to order 2 homewrecker bowls only ending up getting one. The serving size was enough for a 5 or 6 year old and when I asked was that all they were going to put on there they put more but costed me extra. Notice I said attempted to get 2. I was disappointed after they finished the first one, I told them that I didn’t want the other one. So the “manager” took the meat (chicken & steak) off of it and placed it back into the container(he did have on gloves) however that was ridiculous. I guess this is the reason there was no one in line, no one at the drive thru, and approximately 6-8 people dining in.

Baby plate he gave my daughter..n mines wasnt much as well… N the guy was rushing my daughter with her prder I’m like really frustrated tyme there. N last he was sooo. Rude. N the food wasn’t good. It’s better at the other location…

This Moe’s is one of the best locations I’ve visited. It’s usually clean, fresh, and friendly service. I prefer going inside to order, I feel like I get more, especially the meat. Great management in the day shift.

Drive thru service: Im writing this after after multiple times ove this last year of horrible service. I tried to give them the benefit of “oh she must be new”, “they just had a rough day”. At this point its clear that management is the issue. Either they aren’t training their staff correctly or they simply just don’t care. After multiple order throughout the last year (which btw NONE were ever correct the first time) I’ve reached the point of NEVER going to this location again. Not only did my husband wait over 45 minutes for his order, he was handed the wrong one. Again not the worst thing, however the lady in front of him gave up on waiting and drove away. He told the employee that she had left and was handed a bag. After asking if this was indeed his order he was blantly lied to “yes, I checked myself”….not even close to the right order. Que another 20 minutes waiting for the right order. Got home, an item was left off. Fine. Halfway through eating my husband bit into a METAL SHAVING.

First off if negative stars was a thing I would give it 3negative stars . I never write reviews but this place is ridiculous, service was absolutely terrible the manager was so rude an the bar was dirty . Also the portion was insanely small I took pictures.

Moe’s is my son’s favorite place and I like it a lot too BUT my last 2 visits to this location (hwy 96), the chips were stale and no seasoning at all (horrible). Also , the rice was hard. My son even complained and as far as he’s concerned Moe’s is always good. Well we both agree that we will not be visiting that location again. Maybe there’s new management or something. I’m not sure but something is definitely wrong. I don’t usually do reviews but had to post about this. We were very disappointed!
