I’ve dined at this location every week for nearly 3 years so this review is long overdue. Their team is excellent. They are friendly and greet everyone that comes in. They are generous and respectful and get people in and out quick. Everything is clean and you always see happy people dining in. This is a great place to spend a lunch break or have a quick affordable dinner with your family.

I came to this location yesterday and the staff didn’t even yell out, Welcome to Moe’s! They were all too consumed in cooking food but that’s a turn off because everyone is supposed to be greeted when they walk in the door. I had an online order and it wasn’t ready yet. So then the rude cashier finally told me that my order wasn’t ready and said to me, now can you move so that I can ring up the next guest…..who was standing more than 9 feet away from me in line! I told him, the right thing to say is, excuse me Miss while I ring up the next customer in line or to not say anything at all and just start ringing that person up and speak to them and I would have moved down. It was so rude! I canceled my order and left and went to eat somewhere else. I don’t have to be disregarded at a restaurant where I’m spending my hard earned money!!! They won’t be getting my business again!

I was going to get dinner for the family, because of their free quest dip promotion…. and I couldn’t log into the Moe’s app and tried resetting the password, nonetheless, unless you have the app you won’t get the free quest dip… Moe’s is going to ping my email/inbox over and over about the free queso dip and then when I make the trip down and drop four meals to go, I can’t get what was advertised because I cannot login to the app? That’s false advertising!

Food was okay but the service was terrible. I was also way overcharged and the cashier was a total jerk about it all. Moe’s aint that good when there is a Willie’s down the street. Gone are the days of a Moes monday deal. Thats a total joke now.

I just left here 15 mins ago after getting my food. As I’m eating my food, I kelp spitting out a lot of uncooked rice in my bowl. I closely examined my food and realized that a lot of the rice was undercooked.

First of all, this place typically gets the order correct which is a huge plus. Second, the staff tonight were incredible. I walked in not realizing I hadn’t fully placed my order. Then I re-placed on the app and they worked to ensure I got my order within minutes. Exceptional service.
