Excited for a new Moe’s location! It’s new and I can tell they are working hard to get a good vibe in the place. I got my “Welcome to Moe’s” and had faith. Food was good. They crew and manager had a little pep in their step. I went inside today, but will definitely try the drive-thru option next time since I love apps that let me dip and go.

The employee taking the orders in the drive-thru was really nice and patient. However, our order was completely jacked up. I ordered a cheese quesadilla meal for my son we received a chicken burrito. We also ordered chicken nachos that had no chicken AT ALL. To add insult to injury we ordered a homewrecker bowl with chicken that also had No chicken in it the guacamole did not look fresh nor did it taste like typical Moe’s guacamole. Kind of sucks requesting and paying for food only to get home and not have the items we requested. I’ve never been to this location before today and I was truly disappointed, this meal was my mother’s request for her birthday and it was made to be a vegetarian meal not by choice probably should have taken the chicken out of the kids burrito and placed it in the one of the adult items. We tried calling to address it with the staff/ Management for them to not answer the phone.

A big wet mess! A 20minute wait for queso dip for an order that was scheduled 45mins out. No bueno. Both my hard tacos and soft tacos turned into a soggy wet mess by water from ingredients. This is sad because the parts that were still edible we really tasty. They yell “welcome to moe’s ” like on the commercials, cute but not enough to make up for an extended wait time and below average pool of wet food.

The 2 young girls who work there really need a class in customer service. I don’t know whose policy it is to close the lobby 30-45 mins before closing, but this needs to be changed. Also, why would you put up the salsa when orders are still being placed? Are we assuming that no one wants salsa? Make it make sense.

Do yourself a favor before ordering here and read the reviews first I wish I had before ordering! If could get zero stars I would. I placed my order online and when I arrived to pick it up they had every door locked and would not allow anyone in. I had to get back inside of my car and go to the drive in. Once I got to the drive thru window, the young lady working it just looked and stared at me as if she had no idea why I was there. I gave her my order confirmation number as well as my name. I get home to eat my food & guess what? MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS INCORRECT. Of course when you try calling NO ONE ANSWERS & now I’m stuck with food I DON’T EAT !!! This has to be the most disappointing moe’s I have ever been too! The corporate office needs to get involved at this location and do some major retraining ASAP before they staff runs into the ground! & they just opened so this is extremely awful!
