Villa Rica location was horrible. The beans and rice look dried out, the steak was nothing but mush she ask if I wanted the grilled veggies which was green peppers and onions that was floating in water, they were not grilled had to be boiled they were just slimy mush. The chips were stale, guacamole was the worst ever like they used a powder mix and the regular salsa looked and tasted like it was made with rotten mush tomatoes. My bowl was like a big pile of slimy mush, I couldn’t even eat it. The lemons at the salsa bar was lemons and limes cut in halves instead of slices. Every table in the dinning room was dirty. People coming in for call-in orders were have to wait awhile for ordered. Moe’s has always been fresh and delish, this should be an embarrassment to all the employees and managers. The long hair guy with glasses is very unfriendly. I would never go back here or recommend

The food had an average quality, and it seemed like some employees were unhappy that not everyone was working efficiently to serve customers promptly. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, resembling the effort of a 4-year-old, and the trash can was overflowing.

Please clean your dining room. I had to choose the least dirty table. There were only 2 guests using tables. Two other tables were being used by employees. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and there were 5 workers not including the 2 on break.

Food was ok. It was on a Friday night and the meat was barely warm, the professionalism was very sub par( it is hard to expect this now days). It was just ok. I’m not a moes regular and this experience didn’t help me change my mind. I only went because that is want my sons wanted to eat.

The gentleman with the blonde long hair was amazing, greeted, attended and answered any question I had for the menu. Not one of the other employees said “welcome in”. The guy on the grill is understandable, he needs to watch the food, but the woman who seemed to be assisting the person on the line, never really looked up. You have a great employee at that location. He’s very attentive and can multitask. Food was great as well. 10/10!

I checked the reviews before coming here and let’s just say I should’ve listened lol… I don’t even write reviews fr but… I ordered on the app came in and looked for a pickup area didn’t see one so I waited where you place orders and nobody greeted me or asked how can I help you for a good 7-10 minutes I would’ve walked out if I didn’t already pay on the app there were three workers only one was working the other two just stared at me so finally i said I had two mobile orders then they decided to inform me it would be at the register.. get to the register man was telling me I had a kids drink with my meal when I ordered the “Moe Moe’s” burrito deal with a regular size fountain drink… when I told him no I didn’t have a kids drink he acted like he didn’t believe me and had to confirm my name again… so on top of the horrible customers THE FOOD WAS GROSS. Black beans was hard as rocks and it taste days old. I had Moe’s literally the day before in Dunwoody and it was delicious that I wanted it the next day but this one was the closet to me. I will not be returning to this location. The link provided under my review does not work.
