My app order was made wrong. I noticed when I opened it later that evening to eat. I reached the restaurant on 3rd try. Spoke with the manager about the issue and he said he will take care of it and provide refund. No refund and no call back…..

I place an order for my birthday burrito online just before it expired . It gave me a delivery of the next day, but accepted the order applying my reward. I paid the delivery charge and order was confirmed. The next morning I received a cancellation notice by email about 45 minutes before my food was suppose to be delivered. The email advised me to call the store that I ordered from. I tried calling the store from 11 am to 2:35 pm before someone finally answered. I explained what I was calling about but she refused to help me and advised me to call corporate. She said all online pending delivery orders are automatically cancelled out every night at midnight. She refused to give me her name and hung up while I was still talking. Very poor customer service. Especially to a disabled senior. Now my birthday coupon has expired and can not used. I asked if they could reissued my birthday burrito coupon, but they refused to reissue. Would give zero star if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. The abysmal attitude of the employees here is astonishing. I walked in and ordered some nachos and I had a simple request that I think is very minor. I asked politely if I could get the fajita vegetables and corn on the side because I was sharing with my daughter. I’ve asked the same request at other moes with no issues. Well in this case the lady gave me the worst attitude and completely dismissed my request claiming “they can’t do that”. The nachos already include these Ingredients so I don’t know what the problem is or why they had to respond with such an bad attitude. Stay away!

Omg the attitude is the worst. We walked in and asked to make the taco station but vegetarian. I asked since I am not getting the two meats can you comp me more rice and beans? NO! I am like okay can you ring me a better price since all I will be getting is some beans and rice with lettuce and some salsa? NO! I say, okay go ahead and ring me up. She stands there waits for her manager to ring up the price and tells me the price $47.99. I said go ahead its okay, until I see her filling up a 6oz bowl with rice and beans. I said this is what I am getting for $47.99? she says YES! I TOLD YOU BEFORE. First of all you told me it feeds 4-6 people. How does a 6oz bean and rice bowl feed six people? I get it corporate rules, there is nothing you can do about it sometimes. It wasnt that they couldnt do anything it was the entire attitude. Like no one is making you work there, it does not hurt to be nice, or just civil. The entire time we were there the “manager” lady had an attitude. I see all the negative reviews and I see why. The entire staff was so rude and nasty. I am never going to that Moe’s again. I will drive out of the way to another Moe’s if I ever feel like eating it.

Love Moe’s, but not this locations food. Staff is cool, the place was clean. The food was horrible though. INSANELY salty – to the point that we couldn’t taste much of anything else and we like salty foods. Could barely taste anything in the meal because of it though.

Gone are the days of “Welcome to Moe’s” as we were not greeted or thanked for our visit. In fact, these ladies were ready to walk out the door by the way that had things stocked on the bar. Mind you it was right over an hour before closing time. Usually, when I order a bowl, it is so full that I can eat it for two or more days. My husband thought we got a veggie bowl based on the amount of meat added. So raise your prices, lower the amount of food you get and drop the greeting. Way to go Moe’s. WAY.TO.GO

Tiny little portions. I got a burrito bowl and there was barely anything in it. Moe’s used to give a nice sized portion, but this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have been stingy. Won’t be back to this one.

This is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever been in. Out of 16 tables, only 2 were clean. The fountain drink area was disgusting. The employees were rude and having their own conversations with each other whilst I was trying to give my order. They need to do better.

WORST Moe’s. I have been going to Moe’s for some 7 years at various locations. I have never faced rude workers and stingy owners. They are so rude and short change. That lady is so rude and doesn’t deserve in hospitality industry. I asked for a large order of around $40 but she will nickle and dime the stuff so much and very rude. I just refused the order and went to Chipotle down the road. People need to understand they need customers. Not the other way. The customers have many options. HORRIBLE!!!

While I enjoy Moe’s as a franchise, I have never had good service at their Pleasant Hill Location. The team members go above and beyond to be rude. I have had three offers now on my APP that they would not honor (see pictures and receipt). I get some items are location specific, but they are listed as participants. The food looked very dry this visit, as if it had been sitting for a while. The team members were wearing masks around their chin and below the mouth, defeating the purpose of wearing them at all, no gloves being used, touching skin and hair. If you look at my receipt and the remaining photos, they told us they were closing early and could dine in until then. That made me feel rushed, I couldn’t enjoy my food in their establishment.
