My food was great. Employees were very attentive, clean place would come back But I couldn’t eat in, it was very hot. Either the A/C was off or not working but it was very hot. Even the employees looked uncomfortable. I felt sorry for them. Leaving this review in hope of a manager or someone higher to help them get cool air..

The air conditioning in the building doesn’t work and it is sweltering in the restaurant I had to take my food to go no drink and no relaxing because it’s I would guess over 80° in the restaurant and that’s being kind. Unbelievable that a owner doesn’t look out for his customers much less his employees better than that.

I was in line for not even 5 min when I felt the overpowering hot climate in thr store, I asked the staff working if the AC was working because it felt hotter in there then outside and it is HOT OUTSIDE so you can imagine my surprise when the staff stated it stopped working days ago, I felt for the staff working and worried about the tempersture the food was being kept at. How can such a big corporation like moes have there employees working In such conditions that is unneceptable. I hope this reaches the right people because I am a frequent costumer and would hate to have to travel far to get my delicious Moe’s. Sadly I will not go back until the AC is working.

The service was good and fast but this location is understaffed. The salsa bar was sloppy and nearly empty. The chicken that I ordered was so salty that it was actually inedible. The line was missing many items that were not getting cooked since they were getting close to leaving. Moes as a whole from snellville to Covington have been very dirty lately and i wouldn’t recommend.
