Where to start, rice was hard, salsa was watery, table tops where the only things clean, floors where nasty. I been to other locations on Pleasant Hill which are quicker, cleaner & better food quality. Not to mention I had upset stomach for 2 days afterwards. This place was so dirty. Like unbelievably so. The chips were stale, the salsa bar was a mess. There were multiple puddles of water on the floor and I guess all of the booths are broken? They’re just face down and you can’t sit in them. The regular tables were available, but they had food all over them. I’ve actually never been to a franchise that was this bad. I hope they can make improvements.

THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The SPANISH Lady was RUDE!!!!! I got a Nacho but I ask for the Chips on the side instead because by the time I get home the chips would be saggy. She had an attitude and she gave me like 10 Chips and with barely anything for the Nacho in the bowl. I will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE. If I can give 0 STAR I would!!!! MANAGEMENT Get it TOGETHER. You will loose customers with Employees like Her!

Ok so my order was not prepared correctly. I called to see if I could get it remade before just showing up, immediately Maria started saying if it’s not on the Uber eats table then it’s not added. Nachos automatically come with quest then I ordered EXTRA quest at an additional cost on the side. No quest and no extra quest or guacamole on my nacho. Homewreck junior had a specific note to make sure it was added though homewrecker come with those toppings.
