It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a Moes, but this one was on par with previous experiences at others. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the parking lot/building layout since the primary parking area is not at the main entrance, and once you go into the building there is no intuitive direction toward the front, so I didn’t see a menu before I started ordering, nor did I see one once I sat down, but I think I figured out where it was before leaving. The other reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the burrito being more of a ball than a burrito (see picture) which made it kind of difficult to manage while eating.

Moes provided a great meal, but this was the first time at this location and the last. The two women making the food was rude. If the young man at the checkout didn’t try to improve the experience. She begins talking down to home also.

Waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged …at this time there was 1 customer at the register and me with several associates working in the vicinity. Not once did anyone say anything to me until a different worker came from the back who started my order. Once my order was finally started, the process went smoothly.

I always order online and for some reason, my order is never placed on the online orders shelf, forcing me to interact and awkwardly wait while they get my order from the drive thru area. Why? That’s kinda sketchy honestly. Little portions and overpriced. You’re better off going to the one in Clemson or just going to any Chipotle

Every single time i have ordered through the drive through they always get my order wrong. I never get the ingredients I ask for even though I am spending $11 for it. Service is awful, was cut off multiple times while ordering just for them to forget almost everything in my order as well as forget my chips and dip. Would not recommend going through drive through
