Went here for Moe’s Monday. Cost was $7.99 for burrito, chips, and drink. If you like customizing your burritos, this is a great place that offers different meats and toppings. Staff was pleasant and food was good. Only negative thing to say was the cleanliness of the tables and floor where the customers sit could use some work. The have both indoor and outdoor seating(back patio is covered).

I have never in my life been so disrespected ,and discriminated against . I order my food and request to eat my food inside ,however the manger told me that my family could not eat inside because they were about to close we got there around 8:20 they close at 9 and there was family still eating there food. He offer outside on the patio but it was still supper humid and hot outside so as me and my family started discussing other options on where to eat the manger interrupted us and stated that y’all shouldn’t waste our food I said sir I am a paying customer and that was very unprofessional I requested a refund and left I look at my refund receipt and he only gave me a partial refund so I came back he apologize and stated that he was sorry that he was hungry and didn’t realize his mistake he contact his General manger David I inform him everything that happen the (Gm)said that he will talk to the manger the situation was never resolved I left unsatisfied and in disbelief ! I WILL never come to this restaurant Again

I went around 4;00pm and it wasn’t the best the rice was hard in my burrito the quest wasn’t hot it was Lukewarm. I previously went to the one on pelham and it was amazing maybe it was because I went around noon so everything was fresh. I was disappointed with my food and the welcome to moes when you walk in the door didn’t happen.

Reading other people’s reviews Apparently they are really good messing to go orders. I just ordered delivery and I specify really good that I didn’t want any peppers and what I got? A lot of peppers inside my burrito of course. It was so unsatisfying eating like that. Augusta Rd location has never messed up my orders. Food is good but they need special attention to details and check special instructions from the customer.

Food still Awesome, Cameron is a great hard worker very socialialble with a big smile always. As long as he is working my husband and I will eat there. My husband and I both agreed like always on the same thing. The younger generation of staff definitely treat the CUSTOMERS much better than the older Women preferably the one with the blonde dyed hair and bad attitude.
