I’ve never been to Moe’s before and all I can say is wow. Absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, tasted good and actually HOT! The salsa bar was stocked and clean! My stack was amazing and huge! The restaurant was packed, which means they’re doing something right! They were very quick and efficient. Bryan was very pleasant and super helpful to this first timer! I will definitely be back (and can’t wait to be) !!

I love this place, but they don’t have a working hand sanitizer station. I shared this with the manager and he said it was broken so they got ride of it. I asked if they can get a new one? Then I explained as a healthcare worker (I work just down the street), it needs to be taken care of, people touch their dirty wallets and phones to make payment. Them most customers go straight to the amazing salsa bar and drink station. It is 2023, and most of us survived Coronavirus thanks to our a practice approach to taking care of ourselves and others. I would love for the management team to contact me to I can help you create a solution to this problem.

I placed an order for curbside pick up today at 4:30pm. I chose curbside because I have 3 kids, one of which is very sick. I sat in the assigned parking spot and waited for at least 15 minutes. I know the employees inside saw me sitting there because they really were not busy at all during that time. What is the point of selecting curbside pickup and putting in my vehicle information if I still have to go inside and pick it up? The cashiers were rude and not very attentive. I started to look through my bags at the counter and asked where my drinks were. The cashier told me they were in the bag and that all my stuff was in there. The other cashier grabbed my 3 drinks and gave them to me without saying a word. I have every right as a paying customer to make sure I have every bit of my order before I leave. There was no one behind me, so I wasn’t holding up the line. They seemed be so inconvenienced by me and that is not what customer service is about. I checked my food in the car since I seemed to be interrupting their conversations. The 3 quesadillas that I ordered were cold and hard. I wish I had taken the food back in and had them remake it or just get my money back, but I was already running behind after waiting for them to bring my food out and I drove to this location from Lugoff . Other than the cold quesadillas, the food was pretty good. The customer service and online ordering are terrible and enough or a reason for me not to come back..

I doubt i will be back. Moes used to have tomatoes and cucumbers to put on the salads but they no longer do. They have some tomato mix with like corn in it but that isnt what i want. Ive been a huge fan of moes in the past eating there often but not anymore.
