This place is filthy. Even the best offer of all time (kids eat free on Sunday) can’t make you overlook the fact that this place hasn’t had a deep clean since Jungle Jim’s ruled Five Points. And some type of animal droppings on top of one of the booths… no thanks.

I am extremely disappointed in the catering services offered by Moe’s. I organized a luncheon and scheduled it to arrive at 12:00 p.m. It was an hour late. Once the food arrived, I was questioned if they needed to set the Taco Bar up, of course, I said ‘Yes” this is why it is catered. As the initial setup began, it was realized the order didn’t contain the lettuce or sour cream. The delivery person went back to the restaurant and returned at 1:30 p.m. The order was placed a week in advance, this experience could had been avoid with a focus on planning and scheduling.

Y’all, a good restaurant has to have it all. The food here is pretty good, the customer service is nice as well. HOWEVER, this place is dirty. When I walked around to try and find a place to sit, ALL the tables were dirty and filled with crumbs, even on the seats. You guys NEED to hire a designated cleaning person. Y’all gotta get it together as far as cleanliness goes. I almost went out and sat in my car and ate but the air conditioning was on point!! Even the tables outside were nasty. Someone went around and “cleaned” the tables and seating but he didn’t do a very good job.

I ordered a “homewrecker” burrito and the server advised that the there was a shortage of food choices. No beans and the finished burrito was half the size when wrapped. Still paid full price, including sides. A break on cost would have been appreciated..definitely no homes wrecked.

If I could give ZERO, I would. The girl who “helped” me disgusted me with her attitude. I walked IN hungry and walked OUT without an appetite… had full intentions of purchasing only 2 burritos, all the while, this sad excuse for QSR is full of customers. We walk up to the front counter and this young lady with red hair and thick glasses looks at us as if we have worms crawling out of my ears and snarkly says “uhh we’re closed” even though your online hours were misrepresented on google. Here’s the kicker though … I’ve never heard of a restaurant where it’s workers cook RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME for themselves and tell me “uhh we’re closed” without even an apology. In fact, I caught myself apologizing to her being the courteous individual I am. HR and management need to do a better job at hiring people with manners. This isn’t McDonald’s. I don’t plan on making the mistake of coming back here again. I like Chipotle better, so it’s fine
