Food was good as always. Atmosphere was a little loud as they are renovating, but that wasn’t their fault. However, I had issues AGAIN with trying to get my discount. The last time we went here just a few weeks ago, I was overcharged for the Moe’s Monday special. A representative from Moe’s sent me an email apologizing and was nice enough to add Moe’s Rewards back to my account to comp for the loss. Ironically, we decided to go back there today to use those very rewards. I also had a $2 coupon for my burrito. After ringing up my discount, I go to pay for my meal with the Moe’s Rewards money that was given to me. The cashier said that I couldn’t use it because I’d used the $2 coupon. I told her that the only reason I had come there today was to use my $25 rewards. She took the $2 coupon off and it still would not take my rewards. Good grief! Our meal was $29 total. What should have cost us $4 ended up costing $27. I wish I would have known that ahead of time. It’s starting to feel like every time I go here I’m running into something else. End of rant. Like I said, I love Moe’s food, it’s always been great. Just be careful about your rewards. I like the West Columbia store much better than the Lexington store. They seem a little friendlier and a little more willing to help fix any issues that come up. I think I’ll stick with that location for future trips.

Great food, great service, but probably the worst seating area I have ever sat at. There are SO MANY tables….and no lightning whatsoever. We went about 2pm or so and it half the dining area was sitting in the dark, whatever light came in through the windows was it.

We came in with 20 minutes left before closing. Asked the employees if it was ok that we sat to eat because we realized it was close to closing, two employees responded “absolutely”. We were almost done and an employee came to our table and said “I know I told yall you could stay but unfortunately our dining room closed at 9 and we need to finish cleaning the dining room so could you take your food outside to finish so we can continue cleaning?” My husband who literally had like two bites left was still sitting at the table and the girl cleaning came and sprayed cleaner all over the table and started wiping it down while he was still there! Now I realize they didn’t have to serve us but they chose to. Asking customers to leave so you can wipe down a table is terrible customer service!

The food and service were good. There was plenty of seating, and the dining area was clean. There are some new sauces that we really liked. I recommend Kickin’ Cayenne if you like a little heat!

I want to preface by saying I like Moe’s and their food, which is why I gave 3 stars. I order Moe’s ‘usually’ every Sunday for lunch. I order for me and 2 other employees. MAYBE once a month they get our order correct, 75% of the time something is wrong. I went in today and ordered a home wrecker with ground beef, not 30 seconds go by and the man making my food puts adobo chicken on my burrito. I then hear him tell another employee that “No one good is working today.” You are absolutely correct, and you are part of the problem, sir. Then, when you younger lady is going to ring me up, she’s asks this same guy what my order is, he says “I have no idea.” Like dude come on, you made my order 30 seconds ago. I work in the food industry so I try to avoid leaving negative reviews about other places because I know how it goes, but when you can’t get an order right even 50% of the time, you’ve got a big problem. I’ve eaten at this Moe’s multiple times and never had a problem. Well today, my husband ordered online, as I am eating the food I find what looks like a wire food tie, in my bowl. I did call the establishment to let them know, however, no answer. This is completely unacceptable, as I am pregnant and to any customer, in general. Better food safety measures need to be in place, this is very dangerous!!!!
